I ordered this camera on a whim, as I'm just getting into the "smart home" devices. I was skeptical at first due to the affordable price, and a brand I'm not familiar with, but I gave it a shot. I received the camera 3 days ago and have used it all weekend. I have to say I am blown away!! The set up was a breeze, I was up and running in no time with the app downloaded on my phone. The picture quality is nice, and I love that it pans via the app. I set it to motion detect when I left one day, and I got a notification through the app, to see my cat investigating!! It's great, 10/10 would buy again.

So happy with this camera!! I just adopted a dog and was worried about leaving him home alone when I went to work. I was told to look into the Furbo pet camera, but didn't want to pay $200. This camera was easy to set up, and works super well! I'm sure there are more expensive cameras with a high quality picture, but for $28, this is totally worth the money! One of the pictures is a screenshot with the night vision (I work nightshift so it was dark by the time I left home).

I bought one of these cameras and was able to successfully set it up in my living room and it worked great. The app leaves a lot to be desired though. I purchased another one for my garage and had a very difficult time configuring it all because my WiFi password had a special character in it. Oh well, I decided to change my WiFi password, big mistake. I could not configure the new password to the existing camera since it no longer connected to my network. I could not delete the cameras from my Eyeclud app, so I uninstalled the app.That was my second mistake, after uninstalling and re-installing the app, I cannot seem to authenticate with my EyeCloud account user name and password.Very frustrated, no support, and an App that is worthless. The camera is great but the app needs a lot of work.Update: after much deliberation I am happy to report that I was able to get the cameras to work. Below are things they don’t warn you about but I think will help all the frustrated folks out there to resolve all their issues as the camera is great but the app is the real issue!1) Password can not contain special characters2) if you delete the app by mistake in order to sign back in to the Eye4 App you must not be on your WiFi network, otherwise it will not accept your user name and password.3) if you have two networks with different speeds (ex 2.4 and 5 gigahertz), you must make sure they both have different WiFi passwords as the camera only supports 2.4 Ghrtz.4) Before configuring your device on the WiFi network make sure you disable “Protected browsing” on your router if it is turned on as the “setup failed” message will come on during binding if this is enabled. Once you have the camera co figured you can go back into your router and turn protected browsing back on.Update to my review:It took a while but the camera vendor reached out to me via e-mail. Very nice and apologetic for my struggles. I don’t blame the camera, I feel it is a very good product, I believe the software is the issue and the instructions just need to be a little more clear.

The picture quality is amazing. The app is not user friendly. I was hoping I could pan with my finger, but you have to hit buttons and stop it with your finger. The set up was easy when connected via Ethernet, but connecting to WiFi, it was failure after failure. Landlord bought it off me, I’m getting a different one.

So far so good. Took me awhile to set up. But I took a break from it and came back and got it the 2nd time. The last picture is night time. Looks pretty good to me.Update: 11-27-2019Both cameras are now junk. Didn't even last a year. Just randomly moves around. Or needs to be reset. Gets stuck, moves slow or not at all when trying to move it from phone. Doesn't load fast anymore. Tried resetting. Nothing still junk. Wouldn't recommend.

So my husband is in the military and sometimes to visit family we leave for weeks or if we need maintenance to come sometimes we aren't home; therefore, we bought two of these for my peace of mind to make sure nothing was happening when we aren't home. The picture quality is amazing and the night vision is even better (especially with how fast it switches to it when the lights turn off). We set up motion detection and it records as well as alerts us though the app/email for day and time. Like today it actually alerted me a fly had flown by, it was a good laugh for me and my husband since we set the motion detection to 'high' and it recorded the fly too. If I need more security cameras I'm definitely getting another one of these.The only down side is it needs to be near an outlet and stay plugged in but that is not an issue for me since that means I dont need to change any batteries out.

This little WiFi camera was a breeze to set up. Downloaded the App, scanned Q Code and boom ready to go. I love that through the app you can Pan and Zoom as well as listen or talk. Has included hardware to mount the camera almost anywhere. You do need a wall plug for power, but for me that's no big deal as all of my external cameras require power. For the price you can't beat this camera. Clear video feed night and day.
