After a protracted explanation to Amazon customer care, the representative initially unaware of Kuhl's affiliation with Kent – eventually facilitated a return. I strongly advise against Kuhl, opting instead for a more reliable brand.

The fan had issues and was making a wired noise and the lights were flickering right out of the box, the Khul installation technician was really helpful and he took a couple of hours and fixed the issue. There is no QC at Kuhl, there fans are a hit or a miss, will update the thread after 6 months of use.
