New 4080S FE as advertised! Factory seals in place and all I was wary of third party sellers due to receiving a few used like new when ordering new, but this seller has the goods!

I know I was ripped off buy this gpu here. That being said I got exactly what I paid for. They didn't try to scam me, the card was pristine. But full transparency, you are a scalper.
