I bought one of these phones last March 2025. After 9 months it stopped working. It would not charge. After 2 months of trying to get it to charge, I finally found out how to contact their customer service. Their response was so sorry the phone doesn't work. But if you buy a more EXPENSIVE unit and give us a five star review, we will refund your purchase in Amazon gift credits. I need a phone that works, not PAY for ANOTHER unit in exchange for giving me Amazon credit.

Do not buy these phones! The first one not even a year after i bought quit charging because of the charging port. Blackview sent a new one since it was still under warranty & now the 4 month old replacement phone is doing the same thing. I have never had a phone have a problen like this & since it's not capable of wireless charging i'm left without a phone. Thanks a lot Blackview for selling crap phones.

This phone has performed flawlessly from the moment i turned it on. Inserted the T-Moble sim card, transferred data from previous phone, all went without a hitch. Well Done, Blackview !

Phone was a great replacement. It seems very durable and unlikely to sustain screen damage. Easy to replace Sim card and use with my existing TMobile account.

Este Blackview BV4800 Pro es duro como piedra: agua, polvo y caídas no le hacen ni cosquillas. La batería dura todo el día y el botón personalizable es un lujo. No tiene la mejor pantalla ni la carga más rápida, pero pa’ trabajo rudo es una bestia.

i do not know if it is the phone or the carrier (Tello) but even with 2 bars it breaks up and people cannot make out what i am saying way to often!
