I used this 10% Peel exactly as prescribed. I let it sit on my skin for 4 minutes and immediately neutralized my skin. I now have 3 significant hyper pigmentation on my face. I am light skinned. This didn’t work for me. And I hope in my near future the spots disappear. I wrote my first review too soon. I wanted to write an updated review. 12/9/25 The 3 dark brown spots did resolve in 12 days, to reveal a much more even skin tone.

This is a great product—comparable to the quality you’d get at a med spa. A few musts from my experience: don’t leave it on for more than a couple of minutes since it’s quite strong, use it no more than once a week, and always moisturize afterward (and consistently afterward), otherwise your skin may peel or become irritated. When used correctly, the results truly speak for themselves.

I was recommended salicylic acid by a dermatologist for keratosis pilaris on my arms. The solution is hard to apply, given the pump nozzle spritzes everywhere and leaks. The instructions recommend starting with 3 minutes but I left it on for the longest recommended time which was 10 minutes. It did not sting, and dried very quickly. Stinks to high heaven but it’s a chemical so I expected that. After applying I sprayed my hands with the neutralizer and washed them as the bottle had leaked all over. Then I completed the process on my arms. It hardly frosted, and now nearly a week later I have no change to my skin, except where it leaked onto my hands. They are rough and peeling. I suppose they could use the rejuvenation but not what I bought the bottle for, it’s proof that it works though even though that’s not where I wanted it. I’m going to reorder but this time exfoliate for a week or so before to help the solution penetrate my skin. If you do buy, I’d leave it on for much longer than it recommends (maybe 20 minutes?), and definitely wear gloves. Hopefully you have better luck than me! After hearing of my troubles, the company immediately reached out with a full refund and asked for more details so they could better their product and customer experience. While my first attempt didn’t work well for me, I greatly appreciate a company trying to make it right!

On April 9th I did a test of the product and applied it for 2 mins, there was a little tingling so i removed it using the neutralizer (you can buy separately). No peeling and no indication of irritation occurred. I was super excited to use the product and maybe it was too soon but I gave it another go on April 12th. I applied it as directed for 5 minutes. The tingling sensation turned into a slight burn but by fanning my face, the burn disappeared. I then used the neutralizer and removed the product as directed. Here we are 2 days later and I’m peeling in certain areas of my face and am so excited to see results soon. It feels just like a professional chemical peel done at a dermatology office. I will be following directions and using this product once a month now. But I am so happy to finally find a chemical peel that works!
