Nice looking and sound for music. But! The main thing l bought it for was the touted real time translation. This does not work at all. You can barely read the instructions because they are printed so small and in incorrect English. There is no mention of a an app to download or website. Nothing referring to setting up translation. All in all, just a pair of earbuds. I do not recommend it. I'm returning them the same day l got them.

This product has clear sound for music. If you use the translation, it cannot isolate the noise or conversation from people next to you. Cannot use the headset for translation purpose in a busy surrounding but you can use the text mode which would be the same as google translate.

Don't even know they're in your ear

I can't figure out how to use the transaction part of it. The instructions are crap. The volume on it is low when trying to hear music or videos. Would Never suggest this to Anyone. Very Disappointed. Took awhile to get to me too. Wish I would have found an American company to buy them from. Chalk it up to wasted money

I gave them as a gift, but they were too difficult to work. The instructions were very vague. I wanted to return them, but since I bought them as a Christmas gift and the recipient took them to a tech savvy person time to return them had expired.

Sound quality is good but I cannot get the translation function to work. I have followed the instructions but nothing. The comfort level is very good and for that reason I will keep them.
