The description here says machine washable but the tag on the product says do not machine wash so which one is it?

i dont think id wash them but maybe gentle and cold

what is this shape hook called? For replacement purposes. The only closet storage hooks I see are “S shaped” but these are shaped a bit different.

Don't know the actual answer, but I'd bet the large S-hooks would work just fine.
