Easy on the stomach

No smell, no taste, just great!
It doesn’t smell or taste like anything, which is great for those with iron deficiency anemia. I was skeptical on taking iron pills because most people say it smells and tastes bad, but that’s iron sulfate. Iron glycinate/aspartate is better on the stomach AND absorbs better. The only trade off is it’s a little more expensive.

I was hopeful. It looks like a really good product. Still gave me abdominal pain and constipation. The company just offered me a full refund. Great company! Open to trying more of their products in the future!!

such a good product for helping anemia!
This iron supplement has been so good for our daughter. her iron balanced out so fast with this specific supplement. it was a really good price for the quality of supplement. It didn't have a smell or bad taste! It worked within two months to help balance our daughters iron out! she stopped needing naps and had more energy.

One of the best iron supplements out there.
Best iron pills ever. My functional doctor recommended iron with vitamin C because my ferritin levels were at 8 which is bad and I had been suffering from severe daily dizziness for a few months. I was out of breath just from doing normal daily task and was severely tired. I am in peri menopause so that’s what contributes to my anemia but I’ve been taking these for 2 months and I feel like a brand new person. Dizziness is gone, not tired and have my breath back. My functional doctor said the best way to take these pills is on an empty stomach with no food an hour before you want to eat. I take 2 every morning with water and wait an hour before I eat. These do not upset my stomach and do not give me constipation. If they do upset your stomach eat a few crackers before you take them but iron does not absorb well with other nutrients that’s why you would eat something like crackers that have no vitamins or minerals in it. This is my second bottle. I can’t wait to see how much my ferritin levels have gone up next time we do blood work

Good for Bariatric patients
One of the best Iron and Vitamin C combo pills around. I’ve had bariatric surgery so my absorption on vitamins is low. Since switching to the Pure Encapsulation brand my iron levels have increased.
