What is the temperature rating of this line?

Item description, and the packaging this item comes in - both say "Ideal for appliances or power tools requiring 13 amps or less." It is for general, light-duty use, indoor and out. I find it useful for connecting to external electrical appliances, tools, and the smokehouse. I don't know the conversion ratio for amperage draw = temperature created, but this power cord will connect our motorhome to an RV power outlet - and we also use one to power 2 chest freezers in our garage. Heavier-Duty power cords are available on Amazon - if your intended use draws more amps than this cord is rated for.

Flexible to coil up when in freezing temps? Unlike cheap ones that crack.

I wasnt impressed by the cord at all it came with a 3 prong end that I grew to like but the cords I plugged in fall out or halfway out dangerous its made of plastic the whole cord i dont trust it and i just used it to plug in a portable fridge on its own socket but I dont trust the rating I was allways feeling if it was warm surprisinly not so I kept it and duct tape it I would look some were else this is like polyvinel cheap woudnt last a night put some money a good cord is an investment I wouldnt run power tools on it I dont know about 16 gauge either maybe also it was supposed to be a single plug and I reciecved a triple household only
