This tester works great. I bought it to replace a different tester that I was using. This tester is so easy to use. And I like how it can test so many different size batteries.

Straightforward to use. Tests a wide variety of battery types. Good value for the price.

Nice little battery tester. Was able to check out all my partially used batteries and get rid of the bad ones and keep the good. Should save me some money by keeping good batteries in service.

Simple and versatile battery tester. With prices going up for AA and AAA batteries, stop throwing away batteries that still have some life in them. This test mot all typical battery sizes, from AA to D, 9V, and many coin-style batteries. Easy-to-read bar graph at the top tells you how strong each one is. Deducted 1 star because the battery tester actually needs a battery to work properly. Seems this could be done without being powered (like the previous generation of testers).

For one who uses remote temperature sensors/thermometers, tv remites, car remotes, air tags and other assorted items containing various batteries, this little money saver is easily stored and a long time over-due in my house! No more guessing games or needless replacement of batteries! They make great gifts that are actually useful!

I've had this tester 6 months and use it regularly. I use both regular batteries and rechargeable. I have batteries in everything. Clocks, remote controls, flashlights, etc. This will tell you immediately if a battery is good, sorta good, or worn out. I don't accidentally dispose of a good battery because my remote has 2 and I don't know which one is exhausted. Rechargeables have solved a lot of waste. This is little inexpensive and portable unit tests so many different kinds of batteries, and as far as I can tell, diagnoses accurately. I bought a a second one for the office. EXCELLENT!!!!

I used this tester for the first time, found it very easy to use and useful, found a couple remotes where one battery fully charged and one weak, very happy with with it so far!
