Helped loose weight, lost a pound a day with intermediate fasting & exercise but this gave me a good boost.May be harsh on the stomach in the beginning, but once you consume with a full meal you’ll get the gist of it.

I don't know what it is but I don't go a day without taking this. It seems to settle my digestive system. I definitely know if I miss a day.

The ingredients are what I’m looking for. I can’t still say if its working on me. Maybe I must finish one bottle first. Fast delivery but the container looks scraped and old. Will do review if it has effects on me after my first order.
