works as advertised. delivers plenty of water pressure and does a very good job. The only negative thing is that it is loud . Paid for itself in 3 months .living in New England we wash our vehicles a lot. Recently took my truck in for a state inspection at the dealer i purchased it at and when i returned to get my truck , it was out front on display by the show room. It was that clean . i would purchase this again

Super easy to set up and use. The retractable hose was the selling point for me. A little bigger on the wall than I thought but we got used to it. It’s great to use to clean the bikes and then not have to clean up the washer as well. Love it

Pressure washers: amazing in theory, kind of a hassle in reality. That was our story—until the Giraffe Tools Grandfalls came along. Before this, dragging out the pressure washer was a full production. Lug it out, plug it in, untangle the hose, realize we forgot a fitting… you get the idea. Now? It’s mounted, it’s ready, and it’s actually fun to use. We use it for everything—cars, tools, patios, the works. And it handles them all with ease. The power is absolutely on par with non-wall-mounted models, and the spray gun system is a joy. Multiple nozzles, easy attachment changes, and yes, a foam cannon that makes car washing feel less like a chore and more like a weekend treat. I’d seen reviews that dismissed this model for not having “enough pressure,” and instead recommended $1,000+ setups. Here’s the thing: I’m not pressure-washing graffiti off highway underpasses—I just want clean concrete and a sparkling car. And for that? This thing is perfect. The retractable hose alone is worth the price of admission. No more fighting a rubber python around the driveway. It’s convenient, powerful, and honestly just makes us reach for it more often because it’s not a pain to use. If you’re a normal human with normal cleaning needs and zero interest in spending four figures to remove your car’s paint (personally, I’d prefer the paint remain ON my vehicle, but maybe that’s just me?), this model will absolutely impress you.

Broken hose after a handful of uses. “Anti-kink” hose would always kink. Hose couldn’t stand the pressure when it kinked for the last time and hose ripped due to pressure. KEEP IN MIND THIS HOSE IS NON REPLACEABLE!

Everything seems good quality. Got it installed easy to mount. Comes with hose extender and foam kit. Only giving 4 stars because the pressure is definitely not what it is advertised at . I would say its prolly 1600-1800 psi. Which is definitely enough for almost anything. Works great so far. I love the wall mount and reel . Doesn't feel like a chore to pressure washer something turn water on and switch pull reel out. Super convenient. Time saver for sure! Love it.

Still learning how to operate. Not as powerful as I expected. Haven’t found the right combination of tips to get the maximum operation. Has made pressure washing much easier. Don’t have to pull out the gas washer ever time I want to use. 65’ retractable hose make operation easy.

So far so good! My first one did break but I was able to contact the seller and they sent me a new one, no questions asked! 100% best customer service I’ve seen. Very impressed. My second one works absolutely amazing. Very strong and very fun to use. Love the retractable hose. Mounting is super easy. Follow the sheet they give you and you’ll have it mounted in less than 15 mins.
