Fantastic, AUTHENTIC Halloween and cosplay accessory
Bought this for wife’s Halloween warrior sorceress costume, and she loves it. She was going to use a plastic/prop dagger, but those cost as much, if not more, than this stainless one. It’s not dangerously sharp, but definitely has a menacing look to it, shining when the light hits it. The authentic metal “slash” sound it makes when it’s yanked with force from the sheath sounds pretty badass, too. Great accessory to any medieval/fantasy/renaissance costume or cosplay. For more practical purposes, you could use at as a letter opener, come to think of it. It also arrived on time and well packed. I recommend it.

This thing is amazing for the price.
Great prop. Really solid construction. Beautiful. Sturdy. This thing feels like a much more expensive piece. Of course this thing I’m sure wouldn’t fair very well with actual use as a blade but ad a prop you cannot get better.

Its ok
It is a lot smaller than I anticipated. It doesn't fit comfortably in my hand, but i do have quite large hands. Its a lot lighter than I expected as well, but seeing as it is merely a prop and will just hang on a wall it is functional. Very dull.

Exceeded expectations vastly
Welp, I have collected real militaria and wrapons for years and years, and who knew a $20 dagger I bought would be 440 Stainless, tightly fitted, good looking, and literally perfectly balanced... Elevated from wallhanger to actual use in certain cases. Might buy a few for friends.

Perfect
Dagger is almost identical to the one in my series so I wanted it for my shelf. It’s perfect! Metal and heavier than expected. Love that it actually comes out of the scabbard too It isn’t sharp so isn’t going to accidentally cut anyone Not sure how durable it is, but it’s perfect for shelf decor & for 16$ it can’t be beat

It makes a good trick blade as long as you don't drop it...
For a cheap dagger, this is wonderfully balanced. I did try twirling the knife a bit. Took a second to adjust to a longer blade, but it works quite well for knife tricks and does feature an indent to serve as a finger guard, which helps for this. It would most likely work fine for throwing. When it arrived, the blade was blunt but did have some metal bits that worried me, so I honed the blade and that fixed it just fine. However, later that night, the pommel snapped off due to being glued on plastic. I repaired it with superglue the following morning and wasn't too upset because it's...plastic. You get what you pay for. However, I was upset when the blade got scratched right after I fixed the pommel! It's a stainless steel blade, and scraping this bad over what? Just basic use of twirling it? I am upset as fixing the scratches would require thinning the blade...I don't want to mess with the balance. I would love to get a refund, but since I already superglued the pommel (which cracked) back together, I doubt they'll let me return it, especially since I don't have the box anymore. All I can do is just replace it when I can... Honestly, I might just invest in the Damascus dagger I've been eyeing instead of this. Although I love the medieval theme, it just disappointed me.

love it!
I was looking for a cheap dagger to use as a photo prop. I needed it to be authentic looking, sturdy, have good craftsmanship, and still be affordable. This dagger met all those expectations and more - pictures really don't do it justice because it looks even better in person. Because of the authentic look and feel I think it would work great for cosplay as well.

super cool
the blade is dull enough to not be dangerous and still appear real, it's very cool and makes a fun sound when you pull it out of the sheath. Really good quality for cost, definitely reccomend!

I wanted a letter opener, this works okay, but the blade is dull. Can be sharpened I suppose. Stainless steel. A little larger than I thought it was going to be, but it's okay. Looks medieval enough if you wanted it for a costume
