They are awesome (pending bug fixes)
I love this product and I tried a lot of gaming earbuds that I returned with my PlayStation 5. I play FPS Apex Legends game and I value audio quality, battery life and comfort. I like that these headphones are no in-ear and instead over the ear - makes better for long play sessions. I do still have a slight discomfort in long sessions and it’s not a big deal. Anyway, I appreciate the case screen where you can check battery and change EQ settings, the audio quality and battery life. Please note when USB dongle is used, the audio from the phone is deprioritized (at least on iPhone) so I can’t watch TikToks while queuing in the game match lol this sucks… the case supports wireless charging. If you want any to listed to music the sound quality is amazing. Still testing mic since I don’t really use it, it’s not the best from what I can tell. I had connectivity issues which were partially resolved by updating dongle, Headphones and Case Firmware. Oh yeah, the iPhone app works good but case screen does a lot of customization itself so no need to use the app itself as much. I wish there will be custom mute/turn off audio button - maybe they will enable it later with the future FW update. The issues I had were with audio cracking (google posts online) and audio distortion, but it’s fixable with placing headphones back in the case and taking back even in the last FW releases. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Comfortable, good sound quality, some good features. Niche features lacking but still a good pair
I've tested a lot of headphones, these are great mid tier headphones as far as sound quality and comfort. Battery life is also really important, I had an initial issue with battery and traded them in just to see if it was a ongoing issue. The new pair worked great and the customer service was really seamless in helping address my primary concern by swapping them out so easily. Really appreciate the brand's quality of customer service as they are very credible to work with unlike some other brands you might find on Amazon. I would recommend these for the sound quality and battery which is always the most important part. The dolby atmos integration also feeling really solid, I love the ability too have an equalizer so easily available too on the case and a good app to really refine it. The microphone is also really great and the comfort level too. I wear glasses and can't really do bone conduction headphones but these sitting just above the ear really is nice for those that are sensitive to certain feels like I am. Biggest drawback I think though even with my previous pair and these is some of the features advertised are a bit finnicky. These are obviously extras and not the primary reason people buy headphones but just worth mentioning. The features are cooked into the product and really would be nice if they were more usable or just functional at all. The step counter is way off, it'll count 20 steps as 200. The headphones dont have an option to update the touch controls to be able to adjust volume. The volume issue is strange and the biggest issue with the lacking features, the volume controls are on the case but not being able to adjust volume on the headphones themselves really needs an update to the app or hardware to fix. Like being able to hold or double tap the touch controls to control volume I feel like is fairly standard to expect. The same problem I have is not being able to adjust what the head tracking does too, like being able to pause/play with head tracking would have been nice. Instead all it offers is being able to answer your phone which is very niche and probably no one would ever use that. For those that are sedentary pausing and playing with a head nod would be sooooo cool. Its obviously some small nitpicks, the other features are great, like Dolby Atmos, and the previously mentioned equalizer. I'm sure some of these nitpicks though seem fixable with maybe a future update and doesnt seem held back by hardware though. None of those complaints though I would think would keep someone from buying these since they are just quality of life features. The pause/play touch pad thing though, yeah, that is holding these back from being 5 stars. Again, very strange choice to not have that be something we could update. The app even has options like double and triple taps that could easily be replaced to allow volume control. I do though love having my assistant handy though with my touch control.

FPS PC Gaming
TLDR: Wanted a higher bitrate wireless earbuds for FPS PC Gaming. Has 24-bit 96kHz sampling. Worried about the weight and discomfort for the hooks. But they're extremely nimble and light. Its easy to use on PC without any problems. Cannot speak on other devices but I would imagine it's the same. ----------- Owned / tried - Logitech G Fits and Sony InZone Buds. InZone Buds definitely is a better performer over Logitech G Fits. Only thing lacking for me with Inzone Buds was its audio bitrate sampling. It's technically not a major deal nor should technically make a difference from an audiophile perspective. But to me, I can notice the subtle nuance differences that a higher bitrate sampling provides. Particularly in FPS games like APEX Legends where audio cues or audio in general is known to be abysmal regardless of what kind of audio input you're using. Cleer Arc 3 goes up to 24-bit 96kHz bitrate (2 channel). My intended use for these was a wireless earbud for PC FPS Gaming with low latency and high bitrate sampling for improved audio fidelity. I didn't think the 'over the ear' feature would work out imho, but it really does its thing! It's just whether or not the whole around ear hook thing is something you're comfortable with or not? I wear eyeglasses and it definitely doesn't impede them at all. There are also times when I have no audio playing that I completely FORGET that I have these things on my ears. So that definitely speaks to how lightweight they are. But since they're on-ear, earbuds, I believe that massive passive noise you hear from your environment also plays a factor into that. On the app for configuring the earbuds/case, there's a toggle "AVC" Automatic Volume Control? Not entirely sure if that is something that works on both dongle and Bluetooth? Or if its only a Bluetooth feature? Because either way, I have an AC running in the background behind me and it doesn't impede any audio cues from FPS Games at all. Only way I think the 'on ear' design could impact FPS Gaming experience is if maybe you're playing in the living room with a family of like 15-20 people roaming around socializing etc etc. Even then, I don't think it would impair its performance to something compared non-ANC that's overhear headphones or in ear buds for gaming imho There was a firmware update needed when downloading the phone app. After that, there was also a firmware update for the dongle on Windows (mac firmware update coming soon). After updating it, there didn't appear to really be any problems with it or any sort of degradation. I personally don't care about the 'case' feature as I have stated I wanted something with higher bitrate and low latency for FPS PC Gaming. But I will say, there is A LOT of cool things there you can do with it. So it is for sure not a useless companion for the ARC 3s. It's definitely useful!

Hi, for the price I paid, these headphones are frustrating, they are connected to USB-C over my computer with the dongle provided, they work fine, however I don't need my phone connected, so bluetooth is off, but over the audio prompts, it says "looking for device" every time I put them on and they are already connected to my computer audio. After it says that, it says device not found, but continue to work. Can you please update the software so it only says this audio prompt when it's in pairing mode or just have an option to turn it off? Also I have the settings on so the headphones do not power off when not in use with audio, however they automatically power off after 10 minutes if I don't have music playing over my desktop audio. You need to fix this. It's quite frustrating.
