Excellent product. I had no trouble applying the area with a paint brush. It's pricey but well worth it.

Good stuff
Excellent stuff. It took 8 tins to cover a double garage flat roof, I did not skimp when it was used. Worth every penny.

Roof fix came next day. I expected it to be damaged and it wasn’t haven’t used it yet waiting until nice weather hence four stars.
