Food that you can make Regulary
Healthy Food that's tasty. I just got this book at the beginning of the week after having purchased Emily's first book earlier this year.I've found the food really tasty and for the most part have these ingredients in the house. I like that the recipes state the calories and Protein. It would be fantastic if it also contained the fibre content of each meal (Maybe in a third book?).I don't think the recipes have been too hard to make. The sweet potato hash was the only one (so far), that I'd say was a bit of a faff, as the hash mixture didn't really stay together when trying to flip. The book does follow the same type of layout as the first one. There are a few recipes that are similar such as the Thai Gyoza soup (second book). and the Detox Gyoza soup (first book) as well as a couple of seafood pastas. I think the advantage to this is you can have a similar meal with base ingredients and just change it up a bit.I will say I don't feel as wasteful with ingredients. The books do use a lot of feta, parmesan, ricotta, fresh herbs (maybe a tad too much basil and lemon zest) and yogurt. I like that I'm not having to buy an ingredient for a single meal and then wonder what to do with the rest. The food has been an absolute joy to cook and make, I'm still making my way through it. I also love the way the sweet section has been composed, possibly with some better swaps but not an insane amount of calories nor ridiculous amounts of sugar- well done!I can't wait to see where the next book may lead. I think book three (if it comes), should go on a different journey where Emily showcases even more of her talent.

Another amazing cookbook from Emily!
I pre-ordered this recipe book as the first book So Good is full of delicious and easy to make recipes. I make Emily’s recipes weekly and I’m glad to see so many amazing recipes to choose from in her second book. I’ve already made the Yogjirt Harissa Chicken with Smoky Ricw, Speedy Glow Salmon bowl. Peanut Butter and Jam blondies (who knew chickpeas could make a dessert), and Healthy Pad Thai, all delicious. I’ve made the Protein French Toast before as I saw the recipe on Instagram and it’s one of our favourite brunch dishes we have regularly. Can’t wait to try more recipes, this book is a must have for anyone who likes tasty, healthy food that makes you feel good. Well done Emily!

Amazing cook book!
Emily is just amazing! I loved her first book & this one is even better. We literally use one of her recipes every day now and spend 15 mins talking about how great she is haha. I have never been a confident cook but now I love being in the kitchen all because she makes it so easy. The best part is that all of the recipes are SO GOOD and mainly healthy!! She deserves all of the success in the world. She totally gets what her audience needs and wants & delivers 100%. Thank you!!

So good, you must buy it...
This is the second gorgeous cookbook from Emily English and even though I have yet to cook from it, it is absolutely packed with new recipes to try at home. Having followed Emily for a while now, I regularly cook her recipes - some days, 2/3 of my daily meals are recipes from her book or online accounts. Emily has brought joy to food again for me - being able to eat well, not restricting any type of food AND being able to make them without the need of overly complicated ingredients makes her stand head and shoulders above all the other 'wellness' and recipe influencers out there. If you want to eat delicious, tasty and nutritious meals buy this book (and her other one if you havent already) you WONT regret it!

Great recipes but odd categorising
Great recipes which we have already enjoyed cooking (sticky orange and cashew bowls and tikka cod have already been repeated!).However, I miss having the estimated timings for preparing/cooking meals that were included in the first book. Also some recipes in the lunch section feel more like dinner and vice versa (in some of the recipe explanations they mention being a quick dinner option but then it’s included in the lunch section). There doesn’t seem to be a clear reason as to why recipes have been chosen for the the lunch or dinner section (I would expect lighter / quicker recipes in the lunch section but that doesn’t seem to be the case)

The only cookbook you will EVER need!
Emily is a genius, I discovered her Instagram page in 2022 and since then have not stopped making her recipes. Her first cookbook lives on my kitchen counter and I can’t wait to make all the recipes from this one. She truly helped me understand there are no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods, you can have all the delicious meals you love ranging from mac and cheese to burgers, with a little extra nutritious twist. I also love the ease of her recipes, most of the time you don’t have to go out of the way to get fancy ingredients which is why her recipes are so accessible and I keep going back to them again and again. Thank you Emily, you have changed the way I view food and nutrition!

Nutritious recipes don’t have to be boring……
Another great cookery book from Emily. We already love cooking but are always on the look out for new weekday recipes that are quick, nutritious and most importantly, not boring. Emily’s recipes give us this! We also like that Emily’s recipes can usually be adapted for different proteins so if you don’t eat meat (like me) you can still all have the same meal as a family. The first recipe we tried from Live To Eat is the Healthy Pad Thai and it was amazing. Can’t wait to try another.

A must-have! <3
I love this book SO much. I’ve recently been following a nutritionalist plan for health issues and this has been a game changer. I can’t wait to cook each meal time and there’s so much variation I don’t think I’ve cooked anything outside of the book since I bought it!
