I got this for my 5” fpv drone, and so far it was worked amazingly. I’m using it with the goggles 3 as well as the remote 3. The quality of the video is amazing, and it has a very strong connection. The first one I bought did have a transmission issue, but I sent it in for them to fix, and they sent a new one for free, over the course of 8 days. There is a twelve month warranty is something is broken, as long as it is an internal error. Any physical damage from flying will not be covered. As previously stated, the connection is great. You can fly far, and you rarely have to worry about going behind buildings and whatnot. The camera is very proprietary, in that few drone frames have the screw holes needed to mount the camera. I had to design one myself. You will begin to see more and more drone frames for this air unit though. In summary, this is a surprisingly good unit. The camera quality is amazing, and so is the connection. I have had few problems with this unit, as it is very reliable, and the one I did have they were quick to fix.

I didnt think the video quality would really get any better than the o3. But boy was i wrong!! The range and video is definitely a step up from the o3!

I’ve been into fpv for over 9 years now. I started with analog video and entered the hd world with the original dji fpv system. I’m finally starting to upgrade. And I have to say wow!!! The 04 camera system is amazing. Even with the goggles2. It’s Got me singing 🎶 I can see clearly now my drone flys on!! “ I can see 99% of obstacles in my way. 🎵. 🤣.

Easy to setup, fantastic video and link quality. Handles crashes well. A little pricey given the current market but what can you do?

I have 4 of these on my different custom builds. Coming from the O3, these are fantastic, though there are some weird stability bugs that show up sometimes.

Compre esta versión después de comprar la versión estándar (04 lite) creyendo que iba ser lo mismo al respecto de calidad de imagen pero no fue así. En fin me compre esta versión que tiene una calidad de imagen que flipas. Lo recomiendo.

Fonctionne super bien avec mon drone de 2,5 pouces. Transmission vidéo stable et image superbe!

I still love analog on most of my quads, but when you want image quality then you can’t beat the 04.

Installed the DJI O4 Air Unit Pro in my FlyFish Volador 3.5 (you'll see the pics). Fit was clean, no mounting headaches, powered up and bound without issues. They finally gave us both 20x20 and 25.5x25.5 mount options, which is nice because it actually works in these smaller builds without having to get creative. Video quality is honestly next level. The bigger sensor shows, the picture is sharp, dynamic range is way better, and low-light performance is noticeably improved compared to previous digital systems. Live feed in the goggles is super smooth at 1080p, and the 4K 120fps onboard recording looks really good for something built into the system. No weird compression blocks or stutters, it just looks clean. Latency feels tight, link is strong, dual antennas help keep signal solid even flying around trees and buildings. Cooling seems improved too, no random overheating or thermal throttling so far. Yes, the price isn't low, but you're paying for legit performance. If you're coming from older DJI digital or even analog, the jump in image quality and clarity is huge. I'm really glad I bought it, and for once I didn’t have to wait weeks like with AliExpress, showed up next day and I had it flying same day. If you want the best HD FPV image right now, this is it. No regrets.
