Great for quick, low impact workout
I’ve been really happy with this walking vibration pad so far. It’s compact, easy to use, and perfect for getting steps in without needing a full treadmill. The vibration feature is a nice bonus and makes the workout feel a bit more effective. It’s also pretty quiet, which is great for using at home. Only downside is the speed range could be a little wider, but overall it does exactly what I need. Good value for the price!

Love Love! Compact & Effective!
Best purchase I have made by far this year. It’s perfect, I work from home sitting at my desk in the computer, I needed to get my steps in and this was the perfect solution I walk on it while I’m working and it has help me not just get my steps in but also has improved my mood. Sitting at my desk all day was really taking a toll on my body and mind and I’m so glad I made this purchase. Not only is it compact I can fit it under my desk and anywhere after using, it’s also silent which is amazing I’m taking calls all day and they are not able to hear the treadmill at all. Highly recommend!

This is more than a product review. It’s life impacting.
Why 5 stars? Because it more than met my expectations. I have a Lift Desk, in my 50’s and have a desk job. You get the drift. Initially my review is more about using something like this rather than this actual product so hang in there. After a month of using this there are some surprising outcomes: -initially I actually had trouble walking straight without a hand-grab onto my desk here and there and after a week the most simple thing you might think of (walking a straight line with perfect foot timing) became my norm. —I like this so much I carry it downstairs from my home office to be in front of my TV. This is weird to even say but I can look anywhere around me and maintain a straight line. —I didn’t mention I’m an avid backpacker so I should be able to walk a straight line right? Well, not so much so I’ve seen. So I’m not coming at this from a couch potato position. I also strength train 3-4 days per week, using heavy free weights. —I have a less-than great walking profile where I sometimes drag my foot. This has almost cost me huge injuries hiking in tough terrain: —-since using this (I’m sure it’s true of ALL such devices) my gait and footfall is nearly perfect. —-after backpacking so many years I developed Morton’s Neuroma. I found out the hard way how to properly manage your footwear while hiking. This has reduced that pain a lot. ——-why do I care about this? My father literally died from multiple falls for this same trait of scraping his feet, but when he was over 80, it was deadly. I wanted to correct myself before I got near that age. 80 Is no longer that old-at least IMO. I don’t care to just live long, I want to live as a mobile, active person. So far so good. About the device: —-I found my sweet spot at 3.2 mph and it has been flawless, however… ——I needed to adjust the roll drifting to one side using the included Allen wrench and after a week of use I needed to lubricate the rollers ———seemed much earlier than necessary but the directions on adjusting these things and the included lube and wrench fixed this. I haven’t had to adjust for three weeks and counting. ——-I’m averaging 5 miles a day and a big part of that is while working and using a keyboard and mouse of course. After getting my gait straight this is not an issue at all. In fact, I have a ton of energy throughout the work day and lost weight which wasn’t a desired outcome when I went into this: —-my coworker heard a light, droning sound while we spoke on Microsoft Teams when I had this at 3.2 mph, but it was so little (I didn’t tell her I was using this). I turned it to 2.5 and she could no longer hear. I was using the microphone included in my webcam so I had little background noise reduction. So it’s quiet enough. It’s only been a bit more than a month so five stars is at this moment. I may be using it more than typical. I also enjoy it and often forget I’m using it. I made my Apple Watch finally STFU, as I am exceeding all goals a computer told me I needed to meet. That’s cool. One of our cats is also enamored with this thing and figured out how to use it; all she wanted was to lay under my feet but our “chunky monkey”gets her own workout when I’m not using it. I just slow it down and step away and watch her go.

So glad I went back to this one.
This was my first ever walking pad, and I really liked it. I liked its light weight and short length. I'm 5'7", so I don't have a very long stride. Went great under my desk. I seldom went over 2.5 mph, it was just a good way to keep active at my computer. I sometimes walked for well over an hour at a time. I used it a lot. The only thing that was odd was that the fan would loudly cycle on and off, even when I wasn't using it. I just thought that was what it was like. Then about a year in, it started getting errors between 30 minutes and an hour of use, and shut off suddenly. Maybe it was overheating? I don't know. But to be fair, I had never lubricated the belt, or really any maintenance, because I hadn't looked up how often you're supposed to do that. So it's probably on me. Seeing that it was probably on its way out, I decided to try a different brand. A Urevo. About the same price. But I was instantly underwhelmed. The control wasn't as responsive. You had to pretty much point it right at the machine and press the buttons firmly, and sometimes it would make the speed jump two or more notches at a time. It had a higher minimum speed, but it took longer to get up to that speed from a start. I think the motor wasn't as strong. And despite having taking more care to maintain it, it soon had issues. It would get a hot electronics smell after only about 25-30 minutes of use. Pretty much the only thing I liked more about it was that it had little wheels at the front to make sliding it under my desk easier. I got a return and decided to switch back to this one and ordered a new one. Instantly liked it more. The controls are responsive, you can speed up in smaller increments, and this one is even quieter; the fan doesn't kick on as loudly or as often. The first one I had may have had a problem. But in any case, it was good value for the money, and I'm glad I switched back. I'm going to make sure I take much better care of this one.

Perfect for Staying Active While Working from Home
I’m honestly so happy I got the Sperax Walking Treadmill, it’s been a game changer for my routine. I work long hours at a desk, and this makes it so easy to stay active without having to carve out extra time for the gym. The setup was super simple, and I love how compact and portable it is. It fits perfectly under my desk and doesn’t take up much space at all. The noise level is surprisingly low, so I can use it during calls without any issues. The remote control and app are both really convenient, and I like being able to adjust the speed easily depending on whether I’m walking slowly while working or getting in a quicker session.

Size
The Sperax Walking Treadmill Pad has been a great addition to my space. Its slim, compact design makes it incredibly easy to fit into small areas, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running — perfect for getting steps in without disturbing anyone nearby. It feels sturdy, smooth, and convenient for daily use. The only hiccup I’ve had is with the remote, which I haven’t been able to get working yet. Even so, the treadmill itself performs well once it’s powered on, and the overall experience has been positive. If you’re looking for a space‑saving, low‑noise walking pad to keep you moving throughout the day, this one is definitely worth considering.

Quiet, Compact & Perfect for Home Workouts
I absolutely love this treadmill pad! It's super quiet, making it perfect for using while working from home or even watching TV. The compact design makes it easy to store, and the remote control plus app features are really convenient. It runs smoothly and feels sturdy, and I like having the vibration option for extra movement. Great for staying active without taking up a lot of space.

Good but mostly for small individuals
I am giving this a mixed overall rating. At the time of writing this review I got the walking pad yesterday and I've got some first impressions. The setup was wasy and took maybe minutes. It is also very inexpensive compared to similar items. Here is where my feelings on the product are mixed: The small size makes it light weight and easier to store. However there are drawbacks to this. While the length of the pad works for me, I am very small (4ft 6). My spouse who is average height (5ft 9) has trouble with it being a little too small for his stride and a bit too narrow for him too. It is not foldable and I think if they made it so it could they could have fit more length, but it does not. It does seem to run pretty well and feels durable enough at the time. The noise level seems about what I expected, not super quiet but not exceedingly loud. I will keep this review updated as I get more experience with it.
