I suffer with Repetitive strain injury. I love this product because it gives you a nice stretch throughout your hands/wrists/fingers. I have been using it for a week now. I use it 3 times a day and 5 to 15 stretches each session. I believe it is strengthening my fingers/hands/wrists. It is really convenient to take to work and do stretches on my breaks. You can do it at home while watching tv, breaks at work, and as a passenger in a car. Very hopeful that it will strengthen my hands/fingers/wrists so I can overcome my RSI while doing my highly repetitive task.

These work very well to strengthen the opening of your hand, and individual fingers. It's a strange feeling to use at first, but I have noticed significantly less discomfort in playing guitar for extended periods after using this product.

I am a warehouse-type worker who needs to work my hands in an opposite grip to prevent carpal tunnel. These are fine, but the finger holes are way too small (and, seriously, I don't have big hands and fingers). Sure, I'm not a pianist or guitar player, but I'm only 5'4" and 175 pounds. This product cuts off the circulation in my fingers, so I went with another product that is more like a thick rubber band with no finger holes.

Very high quality materials and excellent design. You can easily throw these in a pocket to carry around with you and use throughout the day. I love that you get a few different tensions as well. Price could not be better.

Bought these for my 10 yr old nephew, who has been doing TKD for years and could use a little extra hand grip strength. He loved them and immediately put it to use. The resistance can be measurably felt and, within a few reps, it feels like a workout as it should. One thing I wish is that I’d purchased two of the same sets for simultaneous workout. Have already ordered the second set! Transaction was smooth & it was delivered promptly.

Very disappointed. The red one broke the first time my 10 year old tried using it.

I have had mine for a few months and use them regularly and have had no issue.
