Use as handlebars when needed (a bit short) for my walking pad--a must-have!
I love my walking pad I got here (the one that's rated highest and heavy duty) but psychologically I can't do an incline and higher speeds without a bar to just touch. I could see myself wiping out by taking a little misstep or glance, even though I'm not a clumsy person. So I found these, and glad I bought them. They're a little short (I'm 5-8) but I have big hands and can touch one easily if needed. I guess they'd be great for dips if I did those (I don't currently). They fit right in my understairs closet beside the walking pad I wheel in there when I'm done. Coudln't be easier. Altogether the set up was less than $400 and beats the $1200 Proform treadmill I sold years ago in a garage sale. Love that this all hides away. Recommended!

Okay but not very stable.
They work but the narrow base makes them very shaken and prone for falling out while performing a dip. You might need to build a better base to make them sturdier.

Unstable!!
The bar are unstable its very hard to perform the dips on a shaking bar

Not Safe
Too wobbly for any exercise other than a DIP. Rows are rough as it seems like there is no weight at the base of both bars. Looks cool but you have to be very careful not to tip them when doing stuff like tuck planche or rows.

I returned this item
I ended up returning this item. After putting it together, I found: 1. that the bars were as wide as I anticipated; 2. that it was not as stable as I would have preferred; and 3. that it was not going to be as easy to adjust to different sizes. I wanted something more sturdy.
