This excellent outdoor camera has a message saying "product returned with frequency," and I want to prevent another customer from purchasing it without knowing why it's being returned so often. It's a very good camera, but it's more for outdoor use than for indoor use. Its image angle is very wide, or exactly 180 degrees. If you buy it for indoor use, like in a living room, dining room, etc., it won't work. Its image quality is superior; 16 MP is perfect; you can see any intruder's face. On the other hand, one of the reasons it's being returned is in the configuration. It's not very clear, and if you try to configure it using Wi-Fi, you won't be able to do so because it doesn't have software to install Wi-Fi. However, the solution is to connect the network cable or RJ-45 that comes with the camera, and then you can configure it and the Wi-Fi as well, but it's very easy and quick. I hope this message has helped. I've already bought another one for my patio.

Great camera with very wide visibility range. The IR and spotlight are excellent at night for visibilty. I bought some extra hardware to protect the wiring for a clean look during installation as I opted to connect the camera ethernet as well to my access point providing robust network connectivity.

This review is for the Duo 3 16 MP WiFi camera. The camera exceeded my expectations in every way. Setup was easy even though this was my first security camera. It connected to our WiFi on the first attempt. Resolution of 16 mp (twice that of 4k) is incredible. Did have some trouble getting it to format my 128 GB microSD card (SanDisk Ultra). Got it to work after formatting the card to FAT32 on my desktop using free "Fat32 gui formatter" software (Win 11 won't format drives larger than 32 GB to fat32). The Reolite app is easy to setup and use and works well with my android phone. Just ordered a second Duo 3 WiFi for our backyard.

Amazing quality of the picture at night and day. Truly 180 degrees view. It has also white led lights working like motion sensor secure light. Good recognition of cars, pets, people. Seems to be very high quality, front part has a warning that camera can be hot. I live in Las Vegas. Summer will tell if it will survive heat. One star less, because I was hoping it can be powered also via Ethernet cable, also it would be nice if they will provide Ethernet waterproof connector to put on the cable. It’s small additional cost, but I had to buy whole bag just to use one. My camera is in one line with the whole wall to the router, so WiFi is compromised, but I’m glad it has Ethernet option to send signal. Customer support is awesome. Yes, I would buy it again. Worth every penny.

The camera is pretty decent in concept, but I got conned into buying the Home Hub Pro so that I could have recordings and it doesn’t work and the warranty is a joke. It takes over a month to get a few responses from their customer service, then they make you pay for shipping even though the product they sent you doesn’t work. I also bought the doorbell and it doesn’t work either. Don’t waste your money with Reolink. I wish I’d gone with Eufy.

Installation was easy, app set up was also very easy. The double 4K camera leaves a clear image in high resolution with a complete 180 degree view. You can even adjust the brightness of the exposure so that even in the dark, you get a better picture quality. We are using it to watch a couple cars that have been vandalized several times on the street which are about 30 feet away and we can clearly see enough details to know who it is that is walking by so hopefully we catch the people doing it soon.

I did a lot of research before buying this security camera. WiFi was important for me since I can't run an Ethernet cable. And powered was important so I don't have to deal with batteries. This handles it all. Other benefits is that no cloud subscription is needed. All videos are stored on internal micro SD card, up to 512 GB. The wide angle lens is clean with almost zero fish-eye. The video quality is okay. Close distance are clear and sharp. But if you zoom for someone across the street, it gets grainy. There's very little latency. Probably less than a second. The two way audio is also very good. And there's a. Option to record with audio. Also the built in night light is bright and works great. Lots of good useful features and all is controlled by the app. Overall this is an excellent buy and recommend.

We Love this camera! It required extensive work to connect to network. It my wife did it & it took about 3-4 hours. I bought it to protect my fence.

Esta cámara es lo más! Las imagenes son nítidas, y el sonido de buen nivel. A veces, la detección es un poco sensible (lluvia) pero así me dice que tiempo hace fuera lol Tuve un problemilla técnico de intalación de la tarjeta de memoria, y REOLINK fue super reactivo y resolutivo. Les doy las gracias por ello. Super recomendado!!!

Wouaou ! Cette caméra à une résolution extraordinaire et permet de voir à 180° d'un seul coup d'œil sans déformation. Ne cherchez pas plus loin, c'est celle là qu'il vous faut. L'appli fonctionne aussi très bien et sans pub. Pensez à mettre une bonne carte SD de 256Go si vous voulez avoir quelques jours d'enregistrement continu, ou une 64 ou 128 pour l'enregistrement unique des alertes.

Love this camera

I’ve bought three of these so far, and after using two of them consistently for some time, I can confidently say I’ll be buying more and exploring other products in the Reolink lineup. The build quality feels solid, setup is straightforward, and the app integration works smoothly. Image clarity is excellent both during the day and at night, with strong detail and coverage. Motion detection does trigger the occasional false positive (bugs, moving leaves, etc.), but that doesn’t happen often and is easy to live with considering the overall reliability. What I appreciate most is that these cameras just work. Once installed, I don’t have to constantly adjust or troubleshoot. That reliability has made me more comfortable expanding my system, and I’m already considering adding a few different Reolink models for broader coverage. Overall, if you’re looking for dependable outdoor security cameras at a fair price, these are a great choice.
