4 Stars Primarily Because It's So Difficult To Know Which Specific Suppliment Is Doing It's Job or If It's A Synergism That's Delivering Any Positive Results.It's so difficult giving a diffinitive review for products like this especially when one is taking multiple suppliments.All can can say is three things for sure after about an hour of research and 5 days of actual use:a) When I did ingredient comparisons verses other products far more expensive ( $15 - $60 ) and popular that this product matched up pretty good along with similar potency.b) I have a Rule Of Thumb whenever I purchase any new suppliment which is I refuse to spend anything extra outside the $10 range. So this product meets my first two Primary Criteria because if the ingredients in the bottle are equivalent to the popular brands and the price is reasonable I figure any way you twist or turn it....it has to help in one way or another.c) Finally.... I really did notice a difference in muscle spasms reduction and any additional vitamins is a major plus.

I work out pretty hard and have been getting a lot painful muscle cramping. I increased my water and electrolyte intake but still was suffering from cramping. I read that a Magnesium deficiency can be a major cause of cramping. So I started to take the magnesium daily dose and the first few days nothing changed still cramping. So I thought its not magnesium deficiency.But this last weekend of the year 2018 same extreme workout and muscle cramping almost gone.Feel so much better.Anvilab Magnesium supplement s really do work.Its not instant just take few a few days and it really starts to make a difference...

I don't know but after taking about a half of the supplement I realize that the B6 gave me a horrible body and horrible strong urine odor. I also been taking a separate B6 25 mg so I am detoxing with water and not taking any B6 supplement. The magnesium I believe is ok unless it the lactate portion that is causing it. Hoping someone else can tell me if they have strong urine odor from B6 or its just my body making up. Trying to find something that will stop these severe upper leg cramps out of nowhere . I thought the B6 would help but (NO) have try all the Bs. not this company fault for my years of muscle cramps.

Product was shipped quickly which was nice. Also it is as described. Haven't taken it long, but it seems to be a good tablet.
