I bought 2 of Crompton BLOSSOM SILENT PRO fans in Feb 2023. In the past 18 months, the remote of this fan has stopped working a number of times. Now Crompton is telling that the remote is NOT under warranty. I am not able to run the fans. Even LED has stopped working. This is cheating and fraud with customers. I will have to throw out the fans now. Crompton service is very very poor. It also makes “Kit Kit” noise while running. NEVER ever buy this fan.

Motherboard issue after couple of months. Warranty support also bad. They closed ticket without fixing the fans issue. Not sure how many times i need to followup on this

I bought this fan thinking it will not be noisy during video calls. It is of no use if you want your fan to be in speed level 3 or higher. Better to go for atomberg fan. They do the same thing in one third price. Buy only if you want a fan with lights, otherwise wastage of money.
