Best for gym gooers
1 scoop provides 25g protein that is literally sufficient for muscle recovery and better strength. Rich chocolate makes the taste and experience better and the has no extra added sugar that is the best thing for a fitness freak. It has got digestive enzymes for easy digestion and kinda good for beginners to begin their supplements. It's easily dissolvable in milk leaving no lumps behind. Loved it

Improved muscle recovery
Genuinely impressed with this product, the taste is very good and dissolves completely and easily , doesn't cause any guy issues . I've noticed better muscle recovery and reduced soreness after intense workouts.Would definitely recommend.

Be aware of the ingredients!!!
I bought this a few years back and reacted badly to it so I just gave it away to a friend at the time. Now that I bought it again without remembering my past mistake, I have understood the reasons why this does not work for me. Unlike Muscleblaze and Myfitfuel, Bigmuscles has sucralose/ace-k as the artificial sweetener and also xantham gum as a preservative. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, these 2 ingredients will draw water into your intestines and cause you to get liquid diarrhea which can end up becoming acidic and burning you. The first time I had this years ago, I also had another symptom which is the burning of the inside of my mouth. This was due to mucosal irritation, which is the same tissue as mouth lining and gut lining hence why both my gut and mouth reacted badly to this. Please be very careful in future if you have a sensitive stomach like me to make sure the ingredients list is short, simple and does not contain these additives.

Let's see things will review in longterm but found like a less quantity felt like 700 800 gram instead of 1kg

Very good rich chocolate flavour
Its light on the stomach and easy to digest. I started using this after my workout and it definitely help complete my protein goal and helps in muscle recovery. No after taste. Just perfect
