This is a great journal for beginner’s looking to get into journaling. It has a fairly simple layout that makes the prompts easy to follow and fill out. The book finish is beautiful and striking and the construction seems well built. I am very happy with the product. Pages are a thicker size and pen ink does not bleed through the pages, which is great.

Nice quality, I like the structure of one page and having space to journal everyday. It really helped me be more mindful of my eating, movement and self-care/mood.

Nice little journal, simple & not overly complicated or detailed. Actually an enjoyable 5 -10 min in the morning/evening. Good for discovering any nugatory patterns too!

Fantastic journal, focusing on wellness by insightful prompting questions on both pages. The second page is really about reflecting on how well the day went. The quality and style of this journal is wonderful. This is a journal. I will definitely buy again. I’ve only just begun using it, but it’s already giving me a sense of wellness in the structure of it. Highly recommend. And it has wonderful layout and quality and the price is affordable in a really nice way.
