Great comfort after physical therapy sessions
This is great post ankle surgery for icing and compression both. What I love about it is that it goes up on the foot, which gets very sore and swollen from physical therapy. I had to size up larger than I thought, because the post op swelling was so bad, and luckily this fit over my foot and ankle, and I could get it on, even though I didn't have full flexion yet. It's still pretty tight for an extra large ice pack, so I'd definitely recommend sizing up, especially if you have lots of swelling. It's shockingly cold at first and feels amazing, and holds decent chill for a good 15 minutes until it becomes more cool than cold. It certainly stays on well!

Nice alternative for an ice bath for your feet
Size 12 men’s foot. Purchased the XL. It fits well. Not tight but stays in play. I occasionally ice my feet so I am able to wear them til they aren’t cold anymore. They probably last about 30 minutes at cold temperatures. It covers half my foot up to the top of my Achilles.

Worked great!!!
This was highly effective for my husband’s injury. Based off of other’s reviews, I went a size up. His pain level was a 10 and my concern was being able to slide it on the foot. It went on comfortably and provided the adequate support and proper treatment his entire foot needed.

Where's the ankle wrap??
I can't find the the actual ankle wrap anywhere, but the icepack itself is great!
