You see tons of expensive NO2 supplements which offer half the amount of this for 4x the price. There’s L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and this, Citrulline-Malate. This is the version you want as it converts and metabolizes in your body better. I do 3g on low days, 6g on moderate days, and 8g on high days. I take it with other preworkout supplements. Be cautioned as it tastes very sour.

I make my own preworkout to save money and control what im ingesting. This non essential amino acid helps with vasodilation, getting more blood to working muscle, which gets more reps. It is bitter, so i mix it with powdered raspberries to make it a little tart. I like it, and it makes my preworkout about 37 cents per serving. Aldditionally, research shows4-6 gram a day csn improve anaerobic performance. I take 4 g per day now, if i dont notice any results ill increase it to 5 in a month. Much cheaper and safer than those expensive, sugar and artifical ingredient competitors.

Good product but it is difficult to tell if it is doing what it purports to do.

I feel like I can workout as long as I want with this. I've used a lot of pre-workout products and the worst are those with stimulants that make my face "tingle". But this stuff has no "effects" that I can feel physically, however the workouts are SO much better. I literally have to tell myself to stop because I don't want to over exert.

There isn't much to say other than they nailed it. This is exactly what it claims to be -- unflavored Citrulline Malate 2:1. Great price for the amount you get. I have switched from buying pre-workout to making my own and I haven't noticed a difference in pump or energy so I'd say this product is doing the job very well.
