Extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes' after-sales service, and I feel compelled to share this experience publicly so others can make informed decisions. I raised a complaint on 2nd March for a defect in my vacuum cleaner. Initially, I was told the motor would be replaced. By 20th March, the story changed: the product itself would be replaced since the part was unavailable. That was over two weeks ago, and since then, absolutely nothing has moved. Despite calling their customer care daily for the past several weeks, all I receive is the same scripted response: "We have escalated the issue and you will receive a call back." No call back has come. No escalation has visibly happened. No one from the service centre or customer care has proactively reached out, not once. It has now been over a month since my complaint was filed (2nd March to 3rd April), and I am still without a resolution, a replacement, or even a meaningful update. A brand that sells on the promise of reliability and service needs to back that up. This experience has been the opposite of that. @Eureka Forbes, I urge you to resolve this immediately. did a great job for the one who has dust allergies. small and compact for shelf cleaning and fan cleaning as well. but you should get used to using it

Though the function is fine , the motor gets heated up rapidly within five minutes of continuous run. Not worth it !!!
