So far so good.
As OEM toner cartridges cost as much as a brand new printer, I decided to try these. I believe I paid less for an entire set of cartridges (Black and all three colors) that it would have cost for just one of the OEM toners. I have had problems with compatible printer supplies in the past and was nervous about giving them a try, so I installed them in the printer before the toner that came with the printer was completely out. I have not looked back since. There has been no problem with print quality, toner on the paper, or any other issue. I will gladly purchase these again.I use the toner for office printing. Mostly blacks with some color every once in a while. I am not trying to print photographs or other high quality prints, so I make no claims regarding how these toners might do on high end photographs. Of course, if you are printing high end photos, you are probably not using a standard laser printer. I will say that the pictures I have needed to print from this machine have been excellent for the purposes for which they were intended.I will be using this again for future toner needs. I highly recommend them.

Work as well as HP OEM.
I adore my HP 476dn Pagewide printer, but used to cringe at the price of replacement ink. Especially when HP color toner can cost less!I very rarely go astray from "genuine" ink, because I've had some unfortunate experiences in the past -- both in output, and HP giving me a hard time on a warranty claim. But if you're reading this, you already know that HP's pricing on replacement cartridges is through the roof. And my warranty is up, so I gave these a shot.I didn't replace the full deck initially. I went one-by-one, and each time I put the CMTOP cartridge in, the printer grumbled about using genuine HP ink, but that was it. And now that I've been running the printer with all of the cartridges installed, I can confidently say that I haven't noticed any difference in print speed or quality. And in saying that, I was seriously looking for something to be off. Yet, there was nothing to find.I'd wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone. Maybe not as wholeheartedly as I'd recommend that HP take the price of this ink out of the stratosphere, but until they do, this is where my replacements are coming from, from now on.

Exceptional customer service!
When I first installed one of the cartridges in January, then the second color in February, all went well. No problem. Once I installed the 3rd color cartridge in March 2020, there began issues with the printing. I ran all 3 levels to clean the print head, but then suddenly the bay in which the cartridges are held locked up. I restarted the printer multiple times but all to no avail. The only thing that showed was an error message code C18A000A. Here's what I found on the internet about the code. "The spittoon level is too full during OOBE. The product may be attempting a second OOBE." I didn't know what to do next. When I restarted the printer it began to check the cartridges, but a blue screen with a flashing error message "C18A000A" continued to appear with the following: "Printer Error. Turn off and then turn on the printer." I finally reached out to HP tech support and here's what they said: "When you use non-HP ink or toner cartridges, though it may work at first, slowly it will damage the print head which is unreplaceable in your Officejet Pro 576dw; also most likely it affected the motherboard as well." Bottom line: My attempt in hoping to save some dollars in buying used HP refilled ink cartridges, resulted in the complete loss of my $800 printer, and now I have to go out and buy a new printer. On the positive side, I found the customer service to be exceptional. The seller reached out and fully refunded my purchase.

CMTOP Ink for HP X476 Printer
The price point was the compelling reason to purchase the CMTOP ink cartridges. Firmware on my printer was current, so there was no issue using thirdparty ink cartridges other than a few anoying warnings that had to be acknowledged. The magenta cartridge was received defective and vendor was not only responsive replacing the defective product, but also proactive ensuring my satisfaction. That is very much appreciated. The C/Y/M cartridges were manufactured with the labels upside down. Not a real problem, but was a little strange. I have good examples of historic test prints with HP ink to compare to the CMTOP ink test prints and there is only a very slight reduction in the depth of the black with any changes in C/Y/M indesernable . Very acceptable for a general office printer.

Definitely worth it
Was worried about buying these cartridges for my HP because of hoping that I would not have the problem of my printer not accepting them. But if you have your printer informing you that there is a problem with it being a non HP cartridge, just make sure that you have the latest update for you printer. I thought that I did but when my printer was not taking the cartridge I checked on the HP page and found there was an update (sometimes your printer will not always tell you, check the website for your printer) I have had no problems and the software even now shows the level of ink like it was an original cartridge. I will definitely have no problem with buying this brand again.

Not quite like the HP ink, but at about1/8th the price...
Compared side-by-side to HP ink, I think that the colors are just a bit "washed out." Thus the 4 stars. That might be a problem for those that need very high quality color printing, but for my OfficeJet Pro needs it works just fine! In fact, where I used to try to economize by printing in just B/W where I could, now I let it just do all the colors. To get the 3 Color cartridges and two Blacks - all in the large XL size - for $70 is a no-brainer--HP would want over $500 for all that. I was about to junk my printer and get a different one until I learned that HP had recently given in and allowed an update that now allow non-HP inks. Yayyy!

Not an ethical seller. Please DO NOT purchase from them.
I bought this cartridge when my printer showed “ ink is low” on Jan 19th 2020. So yesterday Mar 7th 2020 my printer showed “ change cartridge”, I did. My printer is using HP 971 as what seller claims what it is for. However it still does not work and shows “ depleted cartridges must be replaced to resume printing”. I turn off the printer, restart, pull out plug to reset, push home button to go to reset and clean the heads per instructions. None of them worked. When I emailed seller they said“Dear Charlotte;Unfortunately we cannot accept your return request because the product has passed the expiry of period for return. If you have any questions please let us know. We are always here to help you.Thank you and Best RegardTrust - US”On my end it is out of 30 days return period. However as a person who is not the expert of printer/computer, i did exactly what my printer told me to do. SO i contacted the seller and said yes you can help me by giving me an exchange of the cartridges so you can study why it didn't work in the first place, or you can trouble shooting telling me how to make it work. They could not do any of those. SO this seller is the MIDDLEMAN here who has no knowledge to trouble shoot, nor they have the stock when i asked for exchange!!!! They said they didn't have stock of the item. That also means i bought the last piece of product that does not work.Ironically they each time says in their emails " If you have any questions please let us know. We are always here to help you." yet they could not offer ANY help at all! The seller did offer $10 voucher but what am i going to use it for? to buy another defective item from them?Lesson learned.
