Don't understand these bad reviews
Burger is great, honestly one of the best I've cooked on my BBQ ever. Due to the price it's obviously a treat, but a well-worth it one. With regards to the flair up comment, yes Wagyu has a high fat content but that's part of the appeal. When grilling just keep the heat and the flames to a minimum - not low and slow but not feast of fire either.Have/will order again.

I had high hopes….
I was really expecting to love this and as I’d had a tough day I thought I’d treat myself. Unfortunately it’s not for me. It had a strange taste that I can’t put into words, I really didn’t like it. I made it the same way I always cook burgers, fry it off then put it on a seeded burger bun with lettuce, tomato, gherkins, cheese and burger sauce but I could still detect this strange taste. I used to buy the Wagyu Burgers from Asda and they were gorgeous. I’ve been buying the Rump Steak Burgers by Booths from Amazon and they are amazing and half the price of this one. I won’t be purchasing another one of these as it’s just not to my taste. Also, as two of the other reviewers said, it does generate an awful lot of smoke so definitely open the door or crack open a window while cooking.

A real treat!
I followed some online advice which recommended allowing the burgers to sit until at room temperature prior to cooking. It worked very well. The burgers were quite honestly the best I've ever cooked (I pan fried them and served them with caramelised red onions in brioche buns). Not cheap, but by FAR AND AWAY the best I've ever bought. Will definitely get again.

Super burger
My new go-to burger! Nothing but salt - no rusk. Delicious flavour, cooks nice and juicy. Perfect medium-rare. I actually split this burger in half and make 2 burgers from it, adding a bit of powdered garlic and powdered onion. The half burgers are roughly the same price as a McDonald's cheese burger and 1 million times more tasty!

Tasteless, Pointless, Expensive
While eating one, nothing came to mind to justify the cost.A Wagyu steak can be the greatest thing on earth - but this type of meat doesn't translate into a burger.Really not worth the price - not even close.

not worth the money
I did a comparison with flavouring beef mince (12% fat) vs the Waygu and we ended favouring the beef mince. Personally, I don't believe this to be a genuine 'Waygu' meat.

Waste of time, effort, energy, money, packaging and meat.
Received the product Friday 27th 08:00, best before date on packaging was 31/03 which was good. Stored in the refrigerator until Monday 30/03 23:15 peeled open the plastic seal and the smell was off and unpleasant.Left it open for 10 minutes and smell dissapated slightly. Cooked sausages i bought at the same time, then afterwards and reluctantly cooked the Wagyu beef but after cooking, leaving to rest for 5 minutes, i cut the burger in half and the unpleasant smell was noticeable. So I threw it in the food waste bin. Was looking forward to tasting this after having my first taste of this meat in a London restaurant. Not sure I'll try this again.
