This is my 6th or 7th purchase of this item. Works as advertised. No issues. Using for very demanding Solidworks CAD applications. Video driver compatible with CAD.

Other then the C falling off of the keyboard and not going back on everything works fine

I love this computer is amazing it was well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. I am not a tech when it comes to computers but i do know enough about them to have an opinion. This is a very good mid level computer it will handle most of your daily need with ease. The sound, graphics and speed of this laptop will exceed most of your expectations. I make it a point to only write a review if the product meets or exceed my expectations and the Dell precision 7520 certainly did that. In fact it was so great I brought another one for my friend. I would highly recommend buying this computer.

I needed something to replace my 15 year-old laptop with a max RAM of 8GB. This laptop fits perfectly for everyday non-gaming use. The laptop was in good shape, a lease return, I believe. My only complaint would be they included an underpowered power supply. Fortunately, I am able to use the power supply from my old laptop. I am extremely happy with this laptop thus far.

When I tried to update it to Windows 11, it said the processor was not compatible. There may be a workaround, but you won't be able to get Win 11 drivers from Dell. This was a high end $3500 laptop back in 2018. Huge disappointment. Returning it immediately.

Got here earlier than they had said, nice surprise. Well packaged. Impressed.Runs very well, the 32Gb RAM is a big upgrade over previous unit. Easy to get around on added new mose, tho the touchpad was very responsive, I prefer mouse.Would recommend folks looking to upgrade or get into PC market check these folks out, you will not be disappointed.

I am not well versed in computers but needed a replacement Laptop and the price was really good for what I was looking for. I was pleased it arrived quickly and the Laptop itself is beautiful and seems to work well now that I have it up and running.However, the charger / power adapter wouldn’t work at all. No power to the computer and the indicator light on the adapter box didn’t turn on, nothing. Tried another power cord to the adapter and still nothing.There was no option via Amazon to try to resolve this, my only option was to return the whole thing. I really didn’t want to do that since I needed a computer, so I started researching getting a replacement piece. Turns out it was a blessing in disguise because Otherwise I wouldn’t have known they sent the wrong power adapter! This Laptop should have a 180W and they sent a 90W.From what I’ve read, I could have probably charged the battery with a 90W but it would be bad for the computer to run plugged in with that. I needed the computer to work from home so I have no choice but to have it plugged in while I work.So while so far I’m very pleased with the laptop, it’s very disappointing that they sent the wrong adapter, which could have caused problems with my computer function down the road. I had to spend another $89 to go get the correct adapter at BestBuy before I could even use the Laptop to know if it was worth keeping.

This is a good work station laptop. It has high RAM and ROM and processes well. That said, it does not have a camera or other features that one expects in a laptop. I guess that is why not is a workstation. Overall I am satisfied with this item as it does what I want it to do and I have other laptops if I want more.
