It is the Best Damn Utility Knife
This utility knife has functionality. The stainless steel body is very strong and looks fantastic. The razor blades slide in an out with the twist of a knurled nut. A 12CM ruler, bottle cap lifter. large flat blade screwdriver that also functions as a prybar and a 4 thru 10MM hex wrench. It would be great to see a 6" ruler on the opposite side and some type of packet clip.

Maybe not THE BEST
But close and nothing that can break easily and render it useless. Note that there is no storage for spare blades though.

Ehhh.... well...
I suppose this could be a considered a pretty good utility knife but the knob stick out limits were you can put this one your person or in your tool bag. It does have some type of wrench on it that I have never used but I suppose someone might find it useful. The ergonomics are not all that great so it is only for small jobs. I am just not very impressed with it but it will do.

Careful changing the blade.
I like how touch it is it's thick steal. Close to 1/4 inch thick. Easy to use. I keep it in my ba k pocket. I sit on it everyday never warps or anything. Blades easy to change just make sure you have ahold of the spring on it. There's a cheaper version of this knife an ive had them side by side. They now have the. Cheaper version of this knife at work. It's thinner more like 1/8 thick. An its not as tall as this one here so I would assume it would bend when you sit on it

Good quality but not THE BEST
The only thing that could make this really the best knife would be a blade retractor you don't have to tighten and untighten.

Solid little knife. Heavy and a bit small in the hands. (I dont have big hands). Pros: Nice sturdy pry bar on the tip. Can double as a flat head screw driver Slim profile. Much thinner than an olfa blade. The adjustment knob has knurling (machined grip) that makes one handed operation easy Cons: Poor finish. Edges are sharp and need to be filed down. Thin profile gives the knife a poor fit in the hand. Getting a good grip doesnt feel good in the hand. The Small parts (4 pieces) that make up the adjustment knob can get lost easily. The adjustment knob is small. Tightening the blade down securely takes two hands whereas a can do that with an olfa blade no problem. Its a different take on a utility knife that, in all honesty, olfa has already perfected. It looks cool, but it lacks some of the simplicities and features that olfa already has. Will it replace my olfa? No. But its a good little knife that serves its purpose. The price is right regardless.

I needed to replace one that got lost in a move and this one fit the bill perfectly. It's safer than my old one; being able to lock the blade in place whether extended or retracted. It also gives a nice weighted feel to it even though it's not heavy.

This might be the worst blade to change on any utility knife I've ever owned. If you don't change your blades often, maybe it will work for you.
