Very useful even though my shoes are a wide fit they still rub on my bunion so these have made movement much more comfortable

how effective the product is
this item was unusable - I saw the name Scholls and thought this must be good. However when I eventually opened one ofthe envelopes all of the plastic stickers fell out onto the floor and into the waste bin. Totally unusable! they stuck but on my hand!! non-effective and bad quality.
