tiny but surprisingly clear
sound comes through clean and natural, not that muffled or buzzy feel some cheap ones have. the size is super small, so it sits comfortably and doesn’t stick out. switching the volume levels is simple, and the 16-channel processing actually makes speech easier to understand. the charging case lasts a long time and makes it easy to keep everything ready. overall, solid quality and way better than i expected for something this compact. worth the price.

Expensive venture, buyer beware!!
Buyer Beware! I read the reviews and was impressed. I read all instructions and proceeded to put them in. The rubber tips for the ends, came off and stuck in my ear canal. I needed to go to a medical aid unit. $$ I went on line to find this great custom service # that they have. All I got was a busy signal for hours. There was NO improvement of sound. Seniors beware...

Easy to use
These work quite well. They project even the slightest whisper. I was able to connect them rather easily and I like that they connect to the charging case by magnet. We will see how long they will last me

Unpleasant sound and functionality
one ear bud just screams like a truck horn no matter what sound setting, earplug size, or position. The other, even on the lowest sound setting, amplifies even my breathing. Its like listening to someones body cam. So loud as to be unpleasant.

Can't talk on phone
It wasn't mentioned in the product description but an important factor could only be found in the enclosed instructions. It states "do not cover aid" as screeching may occur. This is true. Whether it is a longer hair style that covers the ear or the desire to talk or listen on a cell phone; in each case the aid does screech constantly.
