Q: where can i get a spare battery to purchase?

You may wanna steer away from this product... go to Indiegogo, look up BOTH their campaigns and check the comments as well as their updates referring to their problems. So many have problems(including myself) with EMF interference, problems charging(dead usb and qi charging), dead devices, a KNOWN problem charging Apple devices, it doesn't come with an instruction manual(so make sure you know what you're doing), design flaws(watch my review video), can be a fire hazzard if charged incorrectly, and the customer service is nearly nonexistent(no phone number, and good luck going through emails). I got mine in July 2019 supporting their Indiegogo campaign, and after reaching out several times, just get an automated response from their "Zendesk" saying they'll get back to me. But I'm not the only one having these problems, so I can't assume their quality control is any better than their customer service. Avoid the hassle myself and SO MANY others are having. For $350+, this is really not worth the price for what your getting, OR the potential of something bad happening to your radio-sensitive devices. There are plenty of other options... just please do your research before you buy.

Q: Is this allowed on Airplanes?

It is in a weird spot. It is just under 150 Wh, and the guaranteed okay is under 100 Wh... but there is a caveat of being able to do 2 powerbanks less than 160 Wh with airline permission. Getting airline permission isn't very straight-forward as I learned with United Airlines however. The lady seemed very confused the entire time on the phone and ultimately I opted not to chance a $400 item being confiscated.
