What customers should know before ordering is this drive has a type C connector and does not work on devices with a lightning port even if an adapter is used. There is no software to download it is just seen through the file management app. Transfer rate is extremely fast . The company should put a note on the package that says use what ever file management app is on your phone in lew of putting an instruction sheet as this device is plug and play. If the drive is faulty should be the reason for poor rating not because the user is unfamiliar with how it is supposed to work.

Excelente, fácil uso. Venía bien embalado. Es compacto, se adhiere fácilmente al iPhone (mi teléfono es IPhone 15). Es muy veloz en la transmisión de datos. Solo que, lo probé en el iPhone 13 de mi esposa y no funcionó, por lo que si ese es tu caso, debes buscar el Disco Orico que tenga una fuente de alimentación porque para esos modelos de teléfonos no pueden alimentar el disco y por ello no aparecerá en la app Archivos.

This external hard drive is really convenient and helps me keep my phone storage clear. For 1TB, it's so tiny. The best part is that I can hand it over to my kids and they can plug it right into their phones to watch their film and create their highlight reels without impacting their phone storage. I am still learning the features. One thing that I need to work on are the tags. I tag each set of videos with a color and naming convention but I haven't found a good way to search for the specific games I want to find. I am also not sure if you can record and save directly to the drive. I usually just transfer from my phone after games. Lastly, there were no directions provided. I went onto the website and was able to find info on how to transfer.

No funcionó fatal producto

No instructions come with it. Just warnings and safety info. So I went to their website, and couldn’t find a user manual there either. YouTube came thru for me, but I shouldn’t have to go there to learn how. The device works well once you figure it out, but it gets hot pretty quick. In this case I was downloading a large volume of pics to it.

I bought this for my daughter’s boyfriend who loves all gadgets. He actually mounted the user his computer table and stores his phone there while he is on his computer. This allows his phone to backups automatically every time he uses it. Then he can backups it up to a secondary drive or NAS.

The connector didn't match to my iPhone 13 ProMax and 14 ProMax. so its useless. It was disappointing that the cable is type C.
