missing parts/ I would like to edit my review. I found the missing nut which had come loose and fell into the packing. This works ok and so far am very pleased with it.

After seeing this in a YouTube video, I had to try it. I had already tried another type of spooler that went on the pole and tried the line in a box on the floor method, etc. I used this and now I can't imagine filling a reel any other way! It makes it so much easier. I would definitely recommend.

I'm an avid angler and end up spooling many reels throughout the year. This product definitely makes that much easier to do. My only complaint is that it kinda takes up a bit of space on my desk and it is a little pricey for how simple of a tool it is.

I finally got tired of putting a pen through a cardboard box and bought this. I shouldn’t have waited so long.Seriously, this is worth every penny. I have spooled several reels of various brands on this so far (both spinning and baitcaster) without issue.It is very intuitive to set up. There are thumb screws that allow for quickly adjusting the resistance on the spool if you want your line looser or tighter.Finally, I love that it’s portable. I can quickly toss it in my truck and bring it with me in case I need to re-spool a reel on the fly.

Uber convenient way to respool reels. Respooling reels on poles is a clunky endeavor. This handy little system makes it much more efficient in terms of time and line usage. I wish I would have got one of these long ago. The features are minimal and it is not super high quality, but it gets the job done and done faster compared to spooling a reel on a pole.

Not the best product but it will work I do think that you're better off just throwing your fishing line spool on the floor like I used to do in the old days than to mess with this thing. But like I said it will work if you have the patience which I do not.

Love this item! Sometimes, it can be a pain to load up my reel. With this set up, however, it was effortless. Bravo!

The springs don’t hold any tension they just slip loose doesn’t work I was better off with a stick between my feet at least i could get tension on the spool

from the first time i used my berkeley spooler i was impressed with with its simplicity of use and i would reccomend this spooling machine to anyone

他の方も書かれていますが、ロッドにそのままつけると傷がつくと思います。レビューを見てたので取り付け時にティッシュを折りたたんで巻きつけて使用しました。取り付け径も３種類あり、保護で巻きつける物も厚みを変えれば大概のロッドに取り付け可能です。大きなｽﾌﾟｰﾙに巻かれた物(安い500ｍ巻等)は取付できません。

Don't be deceived by the simplicity of this little gadget. If you, like me have resorted to jamming the supply reel in the boat cushions, between your feet or wedged in other strange places to get your line loaded onto your reel and you're not prepared to spend the big bucks on a professional reel loader, this is the piece of gear to get. Uneven line tension has been a nuisance for me especially with braided line on a bait caster but no more. Just tighten the knob to your desired tension and wind away. Highly recommended.
