Ergonomic Contour Cervical Pillow for Sleeping

I've had this pillow for a few weeks now and I swear this has changed my sleep quality astronomically. I don't get neck pain anymore and I fall asleep way faster now. For me, I haven't had many issues with the softness, shaping, or size. The size can be a little awkward at point in terms of where I put my head since I'm a side sleeper but that's okay. This pillow also feels just right to be in feeling firm but also not too firm to the point of being uncomfortable. It feels more like it's holding your head up to make sure you're both comfortable and not having your head sink in. The shape's been retaining just fine as well, but that's also because I have a small head. The pillow is made out of this material around the area where you rest your head and it's helped me with not overheating a lot throughout the night. I haven't needed to adjust the pillow too much so far so I can't say how good it is but I know that I've been able to squish it from the sides and it took it. Again, 10/10. Get one of these types of pillows and your life will change. I didn't realize it until I forgot to bring it to my boyfriend's place to sleep over and my neck was in pain from the hell of trying to adjust the pillows.

Was skeptical about getting such a weirdly shaped pillow, but suffering with migraines and needing support for my neck and shoulders I figured I would give this a try. Now it works great for sleeping on my back and on my side. The covers unzip and can be washed. Best part? When I wake up and I feel like I need more or less support I flip it (top to bottom/ bottom to top) and the pillow is so cool to the touch it makes it that much easier to fall back asleep. Especially being in the perimenopause age where nothing is the right temperature, this pillow hits different. Wanted to leave a review because I am so glad I purchased this.

Bought this for use with my CPAP. Problem I usually have with these pillows is that they are hard as a rock and don't have great cutouts. I use a nasal pillow style CPAP mask and this pillow works great with it. The sides are cutout enough that it doesn't push up on my nose. Pillow is soft but not so much your head sinks to the bottom. If you're a side sleeper looking for a pillow to use with your CPAP mask, this is the one for you.

My snoring was getting worse and I was waking my husband up every night. Then he was waking ME up to get me to stop snoring! 😆 He said I was tucking my chin down during the night, causing the snoring. But after buying this pillow, all problems are solved! I ask him most mornings and he says no snoring. I DO have to put a very thin pillow underneath it to get the right height, but that’s not a complaint, only a suggestion if it’s not working right away. I’m not sure about the longevity yet. I have noticed an increase in softness over a short time. It’s more comfy, but maybe it will lose its benefit of keeping my head in place over time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Still, I really like this pillow and it was worth every penny.

The support is good for the average size person. I find when I wake up in the morning my neck and shoulders are more comfortable and I have had less headaches. It was important to follow the instructions and let the pillow adjust after opening. There was no smell to the memory foam.
