This is a really good product let down by 2 features1. The supplied lead is not long enough - so you have to order another longer one2. The unit needs some more weight to it - you need 2 hands to unplug the phone and end up with the dock in one hand and the iPhone in the other.Just a little fiddly to get the phone onto the connector with a case on - but really good that you can dock the phone with the case on.

Well built and easy to set up. Maybe a little overpriced for what you get but it does the job

This docking station is fantastic. My phone always has a case on and standard docks are too short on the lightning port. This has an adjustable lightning port so fits my case easily. Worth a look if yours is always in a case

Item is not the best on market. During the night you are left fumbling to connect phone to socket..not easy in the dark and when you don’t have your glasses on. I need another docking point but it won’t be this one.

Generally pleased with the product. It’s flexible (with the adjustable height) and powerful (fast charging) compared to others.However , I thought it had broken shortly after purchasing it as it stopped working but it turned out the power lead connection into the base occasionally works loose and so (when you know) you have to push it back in.This might just be an issue with my unit but in any case I think it’s fine and can deal with it. I like it because it will fast charge my iPhone compared to my previous charger.

The bit that goes into the phone is a bit fiddly, it always returns to the rest position.So you end up picking the unit up to make sure it has engaged properly.Defeating the object of the purpose really.

I bought this to replace an Apple Lightning dock. It was an out of box failure - at first it didn't even charge my phone then when it did start to charge the charging indicator flickered on and off rapidly. I tested the dock when connected to both a computer and a USB charger that are both known to work with other docks and the phone used works fine with other docks and charging cables.I don't know if it's relevant but despite being a Lightning dock the connection on the dock to the computer uses a micro USB socket. Even if this wasn't relevant it just didn't work despite various attempts to encourage it to do so, so it was returned to Amazon for a refund and I bought a different dock from another supplier.Bought from iKNOWTECH DIRECT and FBA.

This is the best one I have had purely because I can charge my iPad or iPhone while it is still in its case. Normally I would have to take it out of the case each night but with this, there is a wheel system which you simply turn and it heightens the lightening plug allowing extra room. My previous stands never allowed me to do this. The item is heavy enough to support an iPad or iPhone so does the job great. The item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. Overall verdict. Very happy with purchase and would buy from this company knowing the item is exactly as described and a snip at this price. If you need a reliable charge stand and don't want to be taking your apple device out of its case then this is for you.
