The product is great, on style and functions, easy to use, and configure to keep it for inventories everyday. I really recommend it, it so soft and you feel like it is a phone, that's the key if your feel it as a phone you hand will not get tired :) I think this scanner has surprised me a lot, the price is great, you can customize how the data is output to the computer, and then process it on your software. something I would like if trohestar build a clip belt to carry on. but the Product meet the purpose of what I was looking for.

Very easy to use and no issues setting it up. Only complaint I had was under the inventory field. It doesn't keep scans separate. In other words if you scan a code then enter the qty, then scan the same product again it only allows you to add to the quantity and will not show two scans as separate scans. So if your product is in two separate locations while counting inventory, you cant breakout two separate scans for finer details. Work around is a direct scan then act like you are going to enter manually a barcode and then simply enter the numbers. just a two extra button push but nothing bad. It's small and seems to be very responsive.

I wanted to track my assets as my crew was constantly losing my equipment. I decided to not by the "cheaper" products thinking this had the bells and whistles to scan an item, upload the description and apply this to a spread sheet as easy as 1,2,3.... Ummmmm Hellz NO! don't buy this if you don't know what you are doing when it comes to gadgets, spreadsheets and inventory tracking.. It has been hell trying to talk to a human being or find video tutorials. After several attempts to intuitively figure this damn thing out I decided to send this thing back and spare myself the headache!

This works well. I tried a different bar code scanner (cheaper) and had to send it back because it would not fit in the supplied cradle. This scanner is very light and easy to use since you are not tethered by the USB cable. I should have purchased this one to begin with. One tiny quibble; the USB dongle supplied is a little wide and will use up two ports if you are using a USB hub where the ports are close together. Other than that, a great little scanner.

This is a very basic data collector and is easy to use. Tech support was ok, though they stopped responding to a question that I am guessing they didn't understand which I consider unprofessional and not providing support they claim to offer. Limited in customization in that no other fields can be added to the file to be collected, which is the question I had and they could not answer. Overall it works for basic data collecting. If you require adding an additional field to be captured when scanning, this collector does not seem to offer that ability.

It’s extremely convenient and the range is extraordinary. I love using it. Before I only used a stationary scanner and that was tedious. This device has helped me cut my work time my more than half.

the only program i can make this work with is microsoft notes, its just ok, just download app on your phone and move on with life

Used this to count inventory. Per factory setup, each scan added one unit, which can be difficult when you have a lot to count.Contacted tech support and they emailed me an update patch that took care of the issue.There are still some design weaknesses, like one must press F2 to add counted items instead of enter. The unit is not fully intuitive.On under 1% of the occasions the unit skips a digit on the barcode. This could be very difficult to trace if you wait for the very end to download all your scans.Overall, definitely worth the price paid.
