This Cannot Be The Same Product
Note the attached photos of my old, used tube of Counterpain (which I got in Thailand) and the new one I ordered from Amazon. Despite identical packaging and (listed) identical active ingredients, there’s no way this is the same product. I was able to squeeze a small amount of Counterpoint from the old tube I’m certain the ointment in the new one provides far less heat to applied areas, isn’t as thick and doesn’t smell nearly as strong (my wife did a blind smell test and confirmed this). My old tube is 6 years old at this point so I doubt there’s an age issue with the new one. Give the $15+ cost of this product, the results are unacceptable.
