Speaker failed phone doing whatever it wants.
Updated phone and the light button on the side now wants to start flashing. Yes I've checked the settings they are correct and no flashing is selected only difference is updating and it broke the phone. Playing YouTube now the speaker is all crackling. Just got this phone 3 months ago. These rugged phones do not last anymore like they used to. Everything went down hill after COVID nothing is lasting ever. I have another rugged phone that will change my favorite setting several times a week it's unfortunate that other people have control over our phones and can change anything they want on your phone. Something should be done to not let them go through your phone like that. I remember when the first smart phones came out and they are nothing like they are of today in the sense that they have become dumb phones never had these problems before it worked for you. Now it works for the makers of theses phones.

Le telephone n. est pas trop lourd pour cette categorie. la charge a une bonne duree. Facile de transferer les applis et ficheirs de samsung Galaxy a celui-ci. Voici un ensemble de deuxcablescompatibles pour la charge et le transfert de fichier :SooPii Lot de 2 câbles USB C vers USB C 240 W ... Ne pas oublier d' aller dans les parametres etmentionner transfer de fichiers sinon le telephone vous dis qu' il est vide. Prise en main facile . Jusqu' a maintenant tout est bien.

It was a very good phone for $300 , performance is good, weight is good compare to other rugged phones, I like the FM radio and the universal remote. Wish it has wireless charing but not a deal breaker, overall the phone performance well overall.

Product arrived fast and as advertised. Definitely a change from my Samsung. The big issue I am experiencing is that Android Auto is not working properly. BlueTooth connection to the car was easy and works fine. But I can not effectively connect to the car through a USB cable. If I leave the connection long enough android Auto will display but the lag in display to actual location makes it not useful. For some reason the data is not transferring fast enough. Cable works with a Samsung phone. I have it currently working through an Ottobox but I would prefer to connect directly. Update, I spent the last month working with support to solve the android auto issue. With no success. This caused me to miss the return window. Very disappointing. I will give credit to ulefone support for being responsive and proposing solutions.

It's really a great phone. I've had it for a week now, and it fell from my hand once, but honestly, nothing serious happened to it.
