This unit works really well even on some really hot days in the 100's. The ECO mode works great for maintaining the temperature after the room has been cooled, so far it hasn't been particularly expensive to run, I use it in my bedroom at night so I can't speak for the effectiveness in a large room, but for a bedroom this the cheapest and most efficient way to keep the room comfortable in the summer. I haven't tried out the heater yet, but that'll be in an update in the future. The unit is very quiet, you can barely tell it's on, the mute setting is probably not the most efficient setting but it does keep the room around 3 degrees of the set temperature late at night and it doesn't make the room drafty. The only qualm with this unit is the blower doesn't shut off after the set temperature is reached and it sometimes gets a lot colder than the set temperature, I had it set to 65 and it got down to 51 one night, I don't know why that happened, but on the ECO mode it seems to stay within the set temperature range until I turn it off. The app works great and is very easy to use, there's a setting to purify the air and it seems to work, although there's some debate on the potential dangers of being in an enclosed room while it's set, due to some ozone being produced. There's also some timer settings and a sleep mode that allows for the temperature to be gradually changed throughout the night until it turns off. The unit was very easy to install, the hardest part is making a hole in the wall and bending the lines, everything is very basic. You will need some extra things to install it. I bought a whip to run power to the main unit directly from the breaker box and a pull out disconnect. I used a vacuum pump to vacuum out the lines and check for leaks, I used Nylog on the fittings, I highly recommend it, I had no leaks whatsoever, overall it's very easy to install and can be done in 2-3 hours depending on what your walls are made of and the distance you have to run the lines.

Very quiet, works great. Put this on my TT camper and works wonderfully. You will need to buy some HVAC tools. A vacume pump and adapters, a flaring tool and some blue monster. You have to vacume the system before releasing the gas. To have someone do it for you is insane expensive. Buy the tools. Its very easy to do yourself and you will have the tools if you need them again instead of a insane cost for a company to do it. Will update in a year and let you know if it lasts.

I purchased this unit for a pool bathroom and wanted to be able to turn on/off with the app. The unit cools fine, but it will not connect to the internet, Customer service is horrible. When you call you get voicemail which says they will call back, they never do, Once i actually got a human, all he could do was take a message & promise me a call within 24 hours, still waiting after 2 weeks, I did try email and exchanged 3-4 times. I think it may be narrowed down to the wifi module, but now they won't respond to email either.

This unit is super quiet. Running it pulls 4.3 amps in my shop. Wiring in was a breeze if you have any sort of electrical knowledge. Some helpful videos out there for sure. Cools my 30x40 insulated shop really well so far. The bad… the line set are not pre charged so you’ll have to have someone come pull a vacuum on the lines. Also the lines coming off the back of the interior unit are short. So short that your connection will more than likely end up in the wall you’re running them through. Not a fan of that. The tech I had come out cut them off and brazed them together to eliminate the hidden connection. The drain hose is pretty cheesy. Make sure it’s installed at a slope where drains properly. I ran a separate 12/2 wire and put it on its own 20amp breaker bc I wasn’t sure how much juice it would pull. I live in Louisiana where it’s hot and humid. My shop is maintaining 72° and ~45-50% humidity. Great product so far. With everything I did I have about $700 in the whole thing. If you’re more of a diy kinda guy something with. A pre charged line set may be a better option for you depending on your budget. Hope this helps

It looks good and works well. An easy installation. There are several good installation videos on youtube. This is not my first installation, but I looked at youtube to assure Yitahome did not have any wrinkles that might crop up. There were none. I have no idea if the A/C will work. It is too cold to test it, but the heat option works well. Unfortunately by the time it gets warm enough that I can test the A/C my window of opportunity for return will have closed. I installed this in a She Shed. It is a portable building similar to those you see everywhere on rent to own lots. We had one built specifically for this application. It is insulated and paneled so the mini works great for this application. It is well packed and comes with good instructions. Should you need help youtube is a definite source for additional information. If you can install this yourself, which I recommend, you will save yourself at least $400.00 With just a bit of mechanical comprehension it is an easy chore. I do recommend you get a flare seal kit. They are available on Amazon and dramatically reduce the potential for leakage. Another thing I have is tubing nut wrenches. In all of the youtube videos I have watched, including by professionals, I have yet to see anyone use these. They make the job so much easier when tightening the nuts. I was able to test the A/C today. I heated the she shed up to where I could run the A/C. It was not a long test, but it worked well.

This heat pump is very productive and this is the best I have ever seen among mini split systems! Even very expensive Mitsubishi and Fujitsu cannot even come close to this cheap Chinese heat pump, since they have much better characteristics and more power compared to exactly the same Japanese models that are much more expensive. Such hot air during heating is not in any heat pump that has been produced to this day. The Chinese are very quickly introducing new technologies and innovations (new freon R32, Wi-Fi online control and the quality has become much better than that of recently popular brands that are lagging behind in technology and are slowly adapting to progress. I definitely recommend these heat pumps! It is better to buy 5 of these heat pumps instead of the same Fujitsu, which you will buy one for the price of these Chinese super productive and high-quality 5 pieces or more.
