This has worked great as a chin strap for my CPAP. I love that I can adjust it in a variety of ways, for a comfortable fit and I can just toss it in the wash!

Compression is great. Almost too great because i get a slight headache if i wear it too long. The multiple adjustable straps are a big plus. Im very happy with this purchase

I sleep with this on to prevent mouth gape and TMJ - works great for that purpose. Material is very thin but supportive enough and not uncomfortable to sleep in. TIP: it comes with fabric pieces that perfectly cover the Velcro parts - if there is any Velcro exposed after you adjust the straps, cut those fabric pieces to cover those areas and it won't get stuck in your hair at all.

It is soft but slippery on head and hair. Couldn’t get it to sit still. Would not be able to sleep with this wrapped on my head as it kept moving.

The woman in the product image must have a tiny head, because it did not cover my entire chin and neck. Much smaller than indicated.
