Fast Service and very helpful
Product was exactly as described. I could tell the difference between my old halogens and these lights immediately.super easy to install. Fit my Rav 4 perfect. Visibility improved 2x. A good product. I've had them for 1 month and 1 had burnt out. Not sure why but attempting to get an exchange. I'll update with my experience. (Update): I emailed them and told them about my situation and they mailed me a replacement right away. I would buy from them again.

Great bang for buck
Worked great out of the box. Nice and bright. So far over a week and still working perfectly. Fit in my socket nicely and it’s no fitment issues.

Good bulbs
Customer is great. I did have issues at first but customer service was helpful troubleshooting. Operator error lol. Also I dropped the locking ring and couldn’t find it. Was sent replacement promptly. Low beams bright but doesn’t blind on coming traffic. I do recommend these bulbs

Seam to be bright
Had to do some trimming to make it fit with the attache plug on bulb.

Great bulbs, even better customer service.
In the course of changing and upgrading my headlights to LED, I hadn't realized that my 2007 CR-V would need a Canbus Decoder to make my daytime running lights work regardless of the brand of bulbs I went with. I also dropped the locking ring into a part of my car that turned out to be thoroughly unretrievable. Both of these things left me incredibly frustrated, and I had inaccurately assumed that contacting customer service wouldn't get the resolution I had hoped for. Well, I was wrong. One quick email to their customer service, and they got back to me with solutions to both of my problems! Now I've got a fantastically upgraded setup and a much brighter night driving experience on dark country roads. Tip: Shove some rags into gaps where pieces may fall BEFORE you lose a piece you are installing. If only these folks ran the world, perhaps life would be a lot easier!

These bulbs are easy to install (far easier than other LEDs I've installed), but I received a non working unit.
