Worked exactly as I was hoping, used as replacements for aluminum hardware on vehicle repair, where I only need to torque these down to 14nm

Good flange bolts
Very decent bolts. The M8-1.25X50 and not easy to find in a flange head and I was happy find these bolts. The coating they use does not seem to be a quality full on black protective coating. I noticed that their coating comes off very easily. Just running the bolt into a nut and back out on a piece of equipment shows it has scraped off. Unfortunately I have to use these bolts in repeated installation and removal application and I doubt this coating will last. Having them rated at grade 10.9 is a very good strength for about every application.

Fit for the purpose
plastic case came cracked, but that is pretty much par for the course Product description says that they are alloy steel. Bolts are stamped 10.9. Metric 10.9: Similar to SAE Grade 8 (depends on context) FYI: Common Metric Grades: 4.6: General use (low/medium carbon). 8.8: Automotive, machinery (medium carbon). 10.9, High strength, alloy steel. 12.9: High strength, high-carbon alloy steel, quenched (or titanium)
