New favorite nose pillows
Love this nasal pillow. Not a fan of the ones that go up your nose and the flat ones slip around. This one is the best of both and very comfortable. My new favorite.

Most comfortable
This nasal mask is the most comfortable out of all the ones I've tried. It is a little loose at times but I sleep so much better with these nasal pillows. The best thing is I don't get sores in or on my nose!

Very comfortable
I’ve been (successfully) using the AirFit N30i, I wanted to give the AirTouch a try. Very comfortable, working as well for me as the AirFit, and more comfortable.

I don't understand the hate, this is an increase in quality of life for cpap therapy
I wasn't sure at first until I put it on and used it. I'm am no longer ordering pillows that go in your nose. This is so comfortable, good seal, once you properly fit it, it has no leak. A little expensive but worth it for a better quality of life. I bought the medium now I'm going to try the large because I have wide nostrile.

Poor Quality Compared to Alternatives
Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations. While the fabric-coated silicone initially felt like a softer alternative to standard silicone—which usually irritates my skin—it began peeling within two weeks, and the silicone underneath eventually tore. Perhaps I received a defective unit, but given the high price point, I expected better durability. For the cost of one, I could have purchased two non-OEM options, which makes this even more disappointing.
