This is a really good purchase. It soaks the clothes before washing and automatically adjusts the water level and washing time according to the weight of the clothes. It cleans the clothes very well and gives excellent washing results. Perfect for small family. Easy to operate. If you’re planning to buy a washing machine, you can definitely consider this one. I’m quite happy with the performance.

The washing machine is fine from the price point of view. It may not be the best but value for money. Note that there's no dust or lint collector box in the drum. I used liquid detergent and overall performance was good. You can also manually set the water level which is good from water saving point of view. So if you don't have enough cloths you can simply set it to Min water level and proceed. Durability - only time will tell but fine from price point of view. Please don't go with this one. It does nothing when it comes to washing clothes. My previous rented washing machine can wash a full load of clothes within 50 mins and it always comes out clean. But, this machine is taking 1 hr 15 mins for a normal wash mode but once the wash is done, I could see detergent foam all over my clothes. The machine suggest you to pour two cups of liquid for a full load clothes, but I am just pouring 40 ml liquid. Even then, it doesn't wash properly and leave foam residue all over my clothes. Pathetic.

Really Worth for money..

Wahing machine works very well. I'm unhappy with the product service. I was called before the installation and one person asked whether he should send a stand with the engineer since it was a top-load machine. I asked if it was necessary, and he said it was a "must". It seemed odd, because "must" should be included in the washine machine. Put on the spot, I said yes and agreed to pay 1700 INR for a Whirlpool stand. As soon as I hung up, I googled whether a stand was a "must" for a top-load. It was not. I googled standard prices for top load washing machine stands. I found several at less than half the price with good Amazon reviews saying explicitly that it was sturdy. So I placed an order for it and called the service person to cancel the stand. He got very intense with me and said "rather than putting a local stand, I would advise you to put no stand". Then I tried to de-escalate by telling him to just send the engineer without a stand. He then told me "ma'am, I will not forget what you said". (??????!!!!). I kept calmly repeating what I said again and again while he interrupted me several times. I continued repeating what I said and then he finally agreed. It was quite traumatising and disturbing, and while I was talking to a Whirlpool fellow, it felt absolutely like I was being scammed. I have not been talked to like that before, and I'm pretty amazed that someone can presume to tell me what to do with a machine I have bought. I have run the machine twice now with no stand, and there has not been a single issue.

So far good performance. Fully automatic does it's job. Don't expect the perfection as in hand wash. White dress with stain is clean only 70%. For other colours you never know how far the dirt is removed.
