I would recommend this product for beginners!
I'm on day three of my sourdough starter. This is my review so far. These items seem to be of good quality. I like how easy the spatula is to clean. I am seeing good progress with my starter in just the 3 days that I've started it. I have yet to bake anything, but I am super excited considering how compact and nice the materials are. I like the accessibility that I'm able to bake in of proofing baskets. I like that there's a variety of shapes, the oval and the circle. I enjoy that it comes with a step-by-step on how to start it as well as some recipes. So then you can go ahead and enjoy your sourdough starter and not happy to search for a recipe. ***** I would like to note that I already had a food scale at my house and this is how a measure out my water and flour as they are measured in milliliters and grams. *****

All the items are easy to use, you can put them in the dish washer. The colors is gorgeous, you can collapse the bowls and they pop back up hold shape. Best money I've spent in a long time.
