These are perfect for seedlings. They arrived in great condition and they’re exactly what I was looking for. I’ve had no issues with ripping or crushing, and they’ve withstood watering and moderate rain for almost two weeks now. I will buy them again when I run out!

Used the review comments to avoid the mildew and stuffiness issues by using slightly less water. My main criteria was biodegradable so the pots would not restrict root growth and for plants such as beets. They performed well and was able to transplant and cut tops and bottom of pots with no damage.

The peat pots are pretty sturdy, provided you don't over water them.

We have been using these to start trees from seed. It's great to be able to plant the seedlings, pot and all, into the ground, making short work of the transplanting process! The only negative is that the pots are stacked inside each other for ease of packaging and shipping. Some of the pots were stuck together a little too tightly to be removed easily. I tore one too badly to be able to use it; however, I figured out the easiest way to remove one from the stack was to be a little more patient and twist it before trying to pull directly up. Worked like a charm! I highly recommend using these. They break down in the soil, so there's no pot to throw away. The world has enough plastic in landfills and polluting waters. It's nice not to contribute to that waste. I'll be using these from now on!

These worked perfectly. We had 12 pots per tray. When the plants were tall enough the pots went straight into the ground. I will order more next year. While raising the small plants we would water them by adding water to the tray. The pots absorbed the water keeping the plants healthy and strong.

First time using one of these so I can't compare it to any other brands. My experience was after about 1 month of watering, the sides became weak and all 10 of them ripped. I had to replant all my seedlings into these breathable, fabric potting bags (which works really well, btw).

Not much to say about peat pots, they are good quality and are good for transplanting rooted clones. They arrived on time, properly packaged and I will re-order them when these are finished.

I'm super excited to start my plants... these peat pots are going to work perfectly! I actually also order watering wick and soil. I am going to place them in jars so they are self watering! Thank you!
